UPDATE: 7-21-23 I raised my rating specifically due to the excellent customer service we received post-sale and how genuine the seller was. We were in contact with the seller and they immediately stepped up and provided a great level of customer service, taking care of the situation. That type of customer service means a lot! That's the way to do it. Kudos to you XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX We are/were thoroughly disappointed with the quality and workmanship of this expensive canopy. The product was put together with bolts and 3/8 lock nuts. There must be well over a hundred of the bolts and lock nuts. All but three were "HAND TIGHT". The lock nuts were NOT engaged! Well, what do you think.......it came undone at those points and crumpled. Had NOTHING to do with wind or being secured, which it was, the nuts were LOOSE and NOT tight/engaged. By the time I noted a nut and a silver bracket on the ground I went inside, got my wife, maybe a total of a minute or 2 total and the canopy was crumpled and broke. What a JOKE. We are not young and I am retired. We actually thought this would be great to use with family outings/backyard/grandkids etc., but, at least for us, it was NOT. It was a very bad purchase based on the POOR quality and equally POOR workmanship. Really the workmanship of ours was for lack of better words NON Existent. I cant' speak for anyone else and their luck with this but it was horrendous and costly for us. Hopefully others have better luck with their canopy, if theirs doesn't fall apart like ours did. Others obviously can do whatever they want, but I'll NEVER purchase this again based on the poor quality and workmanship of what we got. A WASTE OF OUR MONEY and a DISAPPOINTMENT for sure. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

Bought this to put out on our dock. Really liked it but within a month of use the seams on the patch where the posts hit ripped apart. Of course, 10 days past my return window and very little use. We tried patching it (picture) to prevent further damage. I’m seriously doubting that this will last th hey the season. Very disappointed

Very strong and sturdy. It even flipped over during a freak storm with sudden high winds (we did not have enough weight on the legs) & it was still completely in tact with only a few tiny holes in the canopy. A few other less expensive canopies around us were completely mangled and had to be thrown away.

The canopy is super heavy. You would think that is a good thing but, not in this case. I put up my canopy and the thing is for one, already rusting. The hardware is super cheap. I bought this in April of 23. Our weather was gorgeous in April and May. I lowered it and took it down the first of June with the canopy on. It spent the month dry in my garage. We took it out the beginning of July and set it back up. It was full of small holes at almost every place it sits near a connection. And several along the top and the sides are beginning to split. Due to inclimate weather moving in again we took the canopy top off this time. It looks like I will be looking for a new one next year. It is honestly not made well at all.

I have been using this tent weekly for 8 months with no problems. It does not leak in the rain. I wish it had rings to hang weight bags, but it doesn't. I still make it work by attaching the rope to the frame.
