    • What you probably need if your charge port is in the back of the car

This extension cable saves us from having to back into the driveway every time we need to plug in. I don't know why almost all EV makers put their charge ports in the rear, or sometimes where the gas receptacle would be in an ICE car, but it's weird. Our new car not only has the port in the back, it's on the left side, completely opposite from where our charger is mounted.     • Used with my 40Amp Grizzl-E, this cable keeps causing charging faults with my 2 EVs

I have been using this cable for about 2 months, but will be returning it, as it keeps causing charging faults when used with my Grizzl-E Classic charger set to 40Amps when charging both my Mustang Mach-E and my F-150 Lightning. It charges about 10% of each of the vehicles and then I am alerted to the vehicle experiencing a charging fault and the vehicle then stops charging. Perhaps the cable is over-heating. Unfortunately, reducing the amperage on my Grizzl-E is not an option, as I need as much power from it as I can get, due to the amount of driving and charging we do between our two EVs. ... show more
