I just got my fan up and I love the look. It fits my decor perfectly.everything seems to be working perfectly. It was very easy to install. I just reread the review and felt a bit anxious that my fan would have the same problems, but I was very comforted when I read how wonderful the customer service is. So I guess we will wait and see. What I love: the design of the fan is so retro. It fits perfectly in the space. I like the bright lighting. It is very light so installation was a breeze and u don’t have to worry about it falling down. Possible negatives: the breeze is very direct and doesn’t really fill the whole room. It’s pretty quiet on the lower settings but you get a little wiring at the higher speeds, not bad though. I worry about it not having a manual pul cord for the fan and only a remote. Seems like it could be a possible issue but I will wait and see. All in all, I would definitely recommend this fan for small spaces. There are no deal breaker issues with it. Thia ceiling fan was very easy to install. I use it in an upstairs walkway to push hot air down to the 1st floor. It works well and moves air adequately. I like that it has timers on it so I can set it and forget it without worrying about if I shut it off. The fan is very quiet and I put LED bulbs in it, they aren't the brightest bulbs, although they put enough light out to see your way. So far I think this fixture is well built and hopefully will continue to perform well. ... show more

We purchased 4 of these in 2024. We were in a remodel and they weren't all put up at the same time but as I write this, I can tell you that NONE of them work as they should. Hallway: When turning it on at the switch, the light blinks on and off. It reminds us of the old fluorescent bulbs blinking when the ballast was going out. Been up since April. Bedroom: The fan on this one worked all summer but the light does exactly like the one in the hallway, it blinks when you turn it off, brightens and dims and usually stays dim. This has only been up since July. Family Room: This one has been up since August or September. I work from home and it's above my desk. It randomly just shuts off and the fan will come on without being turned on. Kitchen: It works when it wants to, not when we want it to. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Update: We were sent new remotes and the piece inside the fan for the fans, apparently this was an issue they were aware of. Now the lights work but none of the fans work! ... show more

UPDATE: I reached out to the manufacturer, we chatted and they sent me a new receiver and remote. They are very responsive and quick. The receiver was easy to install if you're handy; might be a little daunting if you are not accustomed to working with wiring and don't have tools for such. Pairing the new remote and receiver was frustrating, it didn't behave like the instructions and wouldn't pair. I had to walk away from it, came back the next day and tried again and somehow got it to work. SOOO...right now it's working properly. Hopefully it will continue. This fan looks and works great. A small fan doesn't spread the direct flow very far off axis, that is, you have to be close to directly underneath to feel the direct flow, but that's just physics. It certainly does circulate the air in the area. Only issue is, a couple months after installation it started turning on randomly. Several times a week we find the fan running. It responds normally to the remote and turns off fine, but within a couple days it will be back on. I have contacted the supplier, not heard back yet, but I'll give it a little time. The media could not be loaded. So we live in a 90 year old house in an unincorporated area in eastern North Carolina. Summers are brutal. I have a small kitchen and it gets hotter than Dante’s hell in there when you’re cooking or using the oven. Not to mention the food smells that linger. I had been searching for a fan to go in there for awhile but the ceiling is too low for a regular ceiling fan. I typed “flush mount ceiling fan small” into the search bar and this little guy came up. I ordered it despite the mixed reviews and boy I’m so glad I did! It looks great and it was a breeze for this old lady to install. I had it up in less than 20 minutes. It came with a hook to hang the light on so you can wire it without struggling to hold the fixture. It doesn’t come with bulbs, and it takes 4. Either regular lamp bulbs or the “Edison” style will do. It comes with a remote that is used to control the fan. If you have a light switch, you just turn the switch on and use the remote. The remote comes with screws to mount it to the wall to act as the new switch. The fan has variable speeds and you can use the light without the fan or just run the fan without the light. The fan is so quiet. I leave it running on low all the time to circulate the air. It also has an audible ‘beep’ that sounds when you turn the light on but you can turn the beep off if you wish. I did. All in all it’s a great product and we are enjoying having a breeze in our kitchen! ... show more

I bought mine Jan 2025. I like it very much. I prefer there be a slight noise to it's operation and there is but it's not annoying. It has plenty of power. Rarely do I run it over the second speed. It will be great in the summer. I'm going to get a second one for another room.
