    • Worked great for a few days- most all parts were bad or damaged
Arrived April 28 for Grandson to use. On May 4 it started rebooting out of the blue randomly- sometimes right at boot, sometimes 5 or 20 min later. Windows event viewer pointed to sudden power loss. Moved PC to anther room next to mine with different power source and it rebooted there also. Went to bios to look at mobo settings, it rebooted from bios by itself after @ 7 minutes. Thought it was loose component from shipping and reseated all connections on mobo with same results. Suspecting faulty mobo, ram or psu. will investigate further over he weekend when I have more time. Update- Lowered review from 2 stars to 1 star: After the PC resolved to only boot to the MS-B760M I-CAFE America megatrends system bios and with most all option grayed our even after reset according to MAXSUN support documents, it just kept rebooting to the bios or a black screen( no post no video) Thinking it was the one of the system components, moved each part temporarily one by one to another similar machine with same processor. -Moved the M2 SSD would reboot my other machine. -Moved RTX 5060 video card over, it only go to bios then reboot PC in loop over and over. -Moved the single 32gb DDR5 memory to the other machine. Posts with 4 beeps and not get to bios.( memory error). - Intel CPU worked fine in other PC. Note: when the CPU cooler was removed, It did not seem to be seated flat on the CPU between the plate and dye and the screws were barely finger tight and all the thermal paste had oozed out to one side from between. I am assuming the mother board was damaged and damaged all parts downline. I replaced all parts with similar new hardware, Asus Prime Mobo, new Trident memory, New Western Dig Black M2 SSD and better freezer 3 AIO CPU cooler. Leaving the case, CPU and PSU as the only original parts. Now the PC now works like as it is suppose to. The original MAXSUN MOBO, M2 SSD, memory, Video card seem to be affected and and damaged and will not work on anything else. I have almost $3K into this PC now. Lesson Learned - DO NOT BUY THESE CHEAP PCs WITH EVEN CHEAPER PARTS. Only buy PCs and quality parts from mainstream companies and sellers. ... show more

Fast as you would expect from a 14th generation i7 with 20 cores. I added 16 gb of ddr5 to the current 16gb for extra boost. Rtx 5060 is a great mid level gaming card. Games run smoothly with a bit more frames than i anticipated. Entire rig runs more quietly than i expected. Its bangin’!

would be a good pc if they used a better motherboard , system keeps booting to the bios menu even tho you save and exit, if you change the ram speed you can get into windows but when you turn it back on it goes right back to the bios menu careful with this purchase

    • Very poor reliability
I bought this machine on May 26, 2026. It worked fine till August 7, 2026. Now it tries to start and then shuts down within a second and then try again. It doesn't start anymore. Just beyond 30 days return period. What a gread design :)
