I purchase a home in 2024 that had one of these fans already installed. I liked it fine, so bought a couple of additional ones to replace other fixtures. These are attractive, quiet, move air well, and have good illumination with the range of color grades anyone would naturally want. We have them installed in two bedrooms and an open-concept kitchen. They are a good size for any typical bedroom or medium-sized kitchen. We installed these onto existing mounts and not being particularly handy, struggled at first, but after we made an amateur mistake, the installation went smoothly and was not challenging. The mounting process also went well after we made some minor adjustments to the existing hardware. I'm not sure if anyone else struggled with the flexible mounting pad to help seat the top cap against the ceiling, but that was the only thing we had any problem with -- again, likely because of the way our existing hardware was installed. We worked around it by cutting into the surface some and then adhering the lip to the outside of the cup at the end of the installation process. After about a year of these fans working great, the one in the kitchen stopped working -- it appears the remote receiver got fried somehow, possibly through a power surge but tbh we aren't sure. When I could not find an after-market replacement, the seller/manufacturer was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL in emailing me back after I reached out, agreeing with my diagnosis, and shipping a replacement receiver and remote at no cost.

I love this fan. It's the thrd REIGA ceiling fan i've purchased; one for the den, one in the living room, and one in a bedroom. It is sleek, elegant, and very very quiet. I've never had to use it beyond the 2 setting and that moves the air confortably. The quality is apparent in its design and the fact it has a DC motor. The remote is simple and easy to use. The veins are of a durable plastic which makes the fan light. And speaking of light, you have a choice of three modes. All in all I recommend this fan to anyone looking for an attractive, contemporary and reliable fan.

This really is a nice looking fan and looks better in person than in the pictures. Has a modern/retro looking design. The light is nice and bright and can change from a nice warm tint to a bright white tint. The DC motor this fan is a big improvement over the usual AC motors most fans have as it is much quieter and uses about half the power. On the lowest setting on fans that have AC motors they make a 60Hz humming noise that I find annoying. This fan is absolutely silent on low but still moves a fair amount of air. The install was a little tricky and the only reason I did not give this 5 stars. I have a sloped ceiling and the chrome escutcheon that goes against the ceiling can only accommodate a flat ceiling so I had to build a wedge shaped box to mount the fan to (see my pictures). The only other thing that took me some time to realize is the large remote receiver slides into the mounting bracket. On some of the reviews I read on this people said the remote did not come with a battery and that it took a nonstandard one. The remote that came with mine used standard AAA's and 2 were included. All in all this is a fantastic fan and I'm very happy with it. It is also a great deal.

The Reiga 52-Inch Fan features a very sleek, minimalist 3-blade design that fits perfectly in a modern or industrial-themed room (looks like a prop from a sleek airplane). The black finish is matte and doesn't pick up fingerprints easily. Installation was straightforward, though I recommend having a second set of hands when mounting to the ceiling. Performance & Noise: The standout feature here is the DC motor. Unlike traditional AC fans that have a constant hum, this is virtually silent on levels 1-3. Even at the highest speed, you mostly hear the rush of air rather than the motor itself. It moves a significant amount of air, making it effective for a medium-to-large living room or master bedroom, we usually only use level 1. Smart Features & Remote: The WiFi integration was a nice surprise. Setting it up with the app was intuitive, and it responds well to voice commands. The remote is well-laid out, and I appreciate the dedicated buttons for the 6 different speeds and the light color temperature. The Light: The LED isn't quite bright enough to be the primary light source for a room. Being able to toggle between warm, neutral, and cool white is a huge plus for setting the right mood depending on the time of day. Pros: Extremely quiet DC motor. Modern, "expensive" look at a mid-range price. Smart home compatible (WiFi/App). Multiple color temperature settings for the LED. Cons: The receiver in the canopy is a tight fit; take your time with wire management. Bottom Line: If you want a fan that looks like a high-end designer piece but actually has the "smart" tech to back it up, this is a fantastic choice.

I purchased my first two ceiling fans to replace two AC type for the living room in 2019 and love them. Immediate noticed the sound difference. Silent. No electric buzzing or whirring noise which is great because it doesn't complete with my television or stereo. My old AC type was a slight sound nuisance which I tolerated until changing to new fans. The fans are also durable and easy to clean. I live in a tropical climate (Hawaii) so typical wooden or press board type blades accumulate dust do not last long (leading edge frays, and blades droop). The ABS construction is so easy to clean and after 7 years of daily use, it still looks brand new. Not kidding. I use a wet rag to quickly clean. Maybe once or twice a year I spray silicone lubricant into the mount to stop a slight squeak that surfaces on occasion. The batteries for the remote controller leaked and one controller stopped working (other has intermittent hiccups). I contacted Reiga company through Amazon (only way to contact them) for a replacement and they responded within a day. I hope to receive replacement controllers soon. Side note: while researching Reiga for a contact, I noticed the same fans purchased in 2019 were on sale on Amazon...I ended up purchasing three more Reiga ceiling fans which were delivered yesterday. It was time to replace my bedroom fans and looking forward to silence while trying to get to sleep. Recall I purchase my first set for around $200 each. The current sale price (same fan) was under $120.

If you like to hear humming, if you like a good wind storm, this is the fan for you. I hate it. I replaced a perfectly good fan to change the style. I sooooo regret the decision. It hums loud enough that it is sleep disruptive. Awful! It has 6 speeds. I see no use for the 6 speeds. I can only use the lowest speed, occasionally I use the 2nd lowest speed. On high, I can literally feel it, like it blows my hair around, standing at the doorway. 6 speeds are useless if I can only use 1. Thank God for the remote so I can switch it to winter mode at bed time. The lowest speed is too windy for sleeping. Worst part, I contacted the seller to see if they could recommend a fix. Yeah, no response. This is is not what I would expect from an Amazon vendor. This is one to stay away from. Bad enough that I would have to pay someone to take it down and reinstall a replacement, after paying to have my good fan taken down and this garbage I installed. Beware, you will get no support from this vendor. There are so many to chose from on Amazon. Pass on this one. UPDATE The seller did contact me and we worked hard to resolve the issues. Ultimately it was determined that the fan had an issue with the motor. The seller offered a full refund which I accepted so all has been resolved.

Absolutely love this fan. I purchased my first one a couple years back and it is the version that does NOT have a dimmer function. Love how much air this fan moves and how quiet it is! … now with my second and third fans … that do have the dimmer function… I switched out my original one that still works just so I could have the dimmer function. Once I had it all up and running I noticed that the top speed is not as strong as it used to be. This is a bit disappointing to me as I loved how much air it originally moved. Upon doing some research, apparently, the dialed back the motor settings because some people complained about how strong the fan was. I wish they did not do this. Or maybe in the future they can dial back the first few settings for those people that desire the amount of air that a fly makes when buzzing past you and keep the airplane prop level 6 at max speed for those of us that live on the surface of the sun (aka Phoenix, Arizona) and want that blast of cold moving air to cool us off in 15 seconds flat when we are working on landscaping our yard in JULY and it is 117• outside … in the shade ! … I am keeping my original max air power model to use in another room when I have recessed lights installed that can be dimmed so I won’t care about the lack of a dimmer on the fan light anymore. As for my two new models with dimmers, they ware staying up on my ceiling as they are still a streamline, clean, modern, all white fan that will easily blend in with the ceiling when I paint it white. Three smooth plastic blades are very easy to Dust and they do not catch as much dust as other fans because they are so slick and smooth. They also added two small drain holes in the light housing. This is likely for when the fan is mounted outside and might receive some condensation from humidity? Maybe someday they will bring back the super charged motor model … if so, I will buy many! If not, I would still buy the current model again. I plan to buy another one for my patio in all black to match my door hardware. Also, love that the packaging is molded cardboard and plastic protective bags. Bags can be recycled at the grocery store and cardboard can go in curbside recycle! (Other products that are shipped with molded styrofoam are not recyclable at curbside pickup!) Love love love! You will not regret it

First...The Seller — I initially ordered 3 of these fans in Silver. They arrived right on time, but I didn't care for the "Chrome Look" (that's on me, not the product). I returned them and received a prompt refund. I then reordered the fans in white. Again, they arrived right on time. When I installed the first fan I ran into a problem "matching" the remote to the receiver. I emailed a description of my problem to the only email address I could find in the literature that was provided with the fan. Please note that I emailed in the early evening. The next morning I had already received a thorough and helpful response that resolved my issue. That said, had I known that the remote had already been matched to the receiver at the factory I would not have had to perform the steps detailed in the installation guide and would have had no installation problem at all. Next...The product — love this fan! It looks terrific. There is no motor noise at all. The only noise is the sound of the air being moved as I increase the speed of rotation. Frankly, Since I don't have need for more than the first two speed levels, so there is no noise. The light feature is terrific —Three different colors and a large range of intensity provide more than I could have asked for with regard to the lighting. The remote is convenient and easy to use. I highly recommend this fan and this seller. Both are the best. I have also purchased a larger model Reiga Fan for another room in our home(this will be the fourth Reiga Fan I have purchased). I'll let you know how that goes once I receive it and get it installed. Based on my experience so far, though, I don't expect any surprises. All I can say is, if the appearance of this fan suits your décor and taste, buy it. You won't be sorry
