I was pleasantly surprised at how great value this fan is for under $100. Installation was easy, I'm no handy-man and took me longer than other reviews mentioned but it was easy and straight forward. I also did not have to use any of the balance weights which was the biggest surprise of the fan. I was expecting some sort of wobble at this price point. Looks pretty good given this is under $100. I ordered the brushed nickel and chose to use the walnut colored side of the blades. The maple seems a little bit odd to me to pair with the brushed nickel. The light is good enough. I might buy a different light bulb than the one that came with it but that is more of a personal preference. I do appreciate that it came with a light bulb. The fan is what you would expect for a 52" fan. Airflow is adequate and the only slight downside is that it does emit a slight hum from the motor. No big deal for now since it's Day 1 but I can see how this might get worse as the fan ages. Overall I am highly satisfied given the price point. ... show more

This fan was exactly what I needed for my bedroom, the guy that installed it for me broke the glass fixture for the light, said he would replace it 😢 never heard back from him, so it has no light fixture. The media could not be loaded. I bought 3 of these fans for our new house. Our house had no fans in any of the rooms. I was able to get a great discount on prime day for all 3. They arrived on time and very well packaged. Instructions are easy and clear to understand. Assembly was pretty easy to do. I did it on my own with no previous knowledge of fans. A quick YouTube video helped me with the wires and electrical box. The only hard part I’d have to say after mounting 3 of these was mounting the blades and the light hub.
