Looks fantastic, used the darker side of the blades. Such an upgrade from my bulky and droopy fan. My ceiling looks higher just by installing this low-profile fan. Bright LED light. Kinda a pain to install, but totally manageable. Better if you have 2 ppl as others have suggested. 3 fan speeds. VERY quiet. Does not wobble, but if you run into any wobbliness there are balancers included to fix it. This fan is a great value for its price. 4/5 stars because one main screw was sent to us nearly totally stripped so it was unusable. Luckily there was 1 extra and it worked fine, but would have been a pain if that had not worked. ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised at how great value this fan is for under $100. Installation was easy, I'm no handy-man and took me longer than other reviews mentioned but it was easy and straight forward. I also did not have to use any of the balance weights which was the biggest surprise of the fan. I was expecting some sort of wobble at this price point. Looks pretty good given this is under $100. I ordered the brushed nickel and chose to use the walnut colored side of the blades. The maple seems a little bit odd to me to pair with the brushed nickel. The light is good enough. I might buy a different light bulb than the one that came with it but that is more of a personal preference. I do appreciate that it came with a light bulb. The fan is what you would expect for a 52" fan. Airflow is adequate and the only slight downside is that it does emit a slight hum from the motor. No big deal for now since it's Day 1 but I can see how this might get worse as the fan ages. Overall I am highly satisfied given the price point. ... show more

This fan was exactly what I needed for my bedroom, the guy that installed it for me broke the glass fixture for the light, said he would replace it 😢 never heard back from him, so it has no light fixture.
