I don't understand the reviews. How easy are these people to please? I don't know where to begin with this. Starting without expletives will be the hardest part I suppose. After that, okay: the lip of dust pan never sits flush with the floor, so the dust and grit gleefully limbos right under the pan. The brush is cheap with very coarse bristles that also like to avoid getting dirty--you'd have an easier time sweeping with a garden rake. Sure wish I had my old set back.

This broom was the most expensive and worst I've purchased. The company says to contact them through Amazon or email if you are dissatisfied. I emailed them with no response after 72 hr (9/14-9/17) even though they claim to respond in 24 hr. Here's a copy of the note sent, "As requested, I am informing you of my feelings toward this product instead of going public with them. The item is made of cheap plastic with the exception of the pieces that come together for the wand. This is a very expensive item and I expected a quality piece. Instead, it paled against my 15-year-old broom with dustpan set that was almost all metal and high quality in comparison. I also found the dustpan wide and hard to empty and the broom doesn't pick up dirt well. This product was very disappointing." I did not add at the time that the broom was thin and didn't pick up well.

This is perfect just what I needed. It was easy to put together, instructions included. I love that it’s a long handle dust pan, no more back pain from bending over, the teeth are great for getting clips of hair of the broom. Picks up crumbs and hair like it should. Also easy to store and doesn’t take up space. I’m glad I purchased this and would recommend to others.

This is a great product when you have kids. My son gets crumbs everywhere everytime he eats and I hate getting on my hands and knees to clean the floor every time as my back has been bad since I had my second son. The broom set was easy to assemble. Simple twist the pieces together and voila! The broom itself snaps onto the handle of the dustpan and it even has a little comb that pulls the loose stuff off the bristles. The base portion is stand alone so it will stand without leaning on anything which is cool too. This is going to make my life so much easier. The only thing is that the base portion where the dustpan is has two positions and it does stick a bit when moving it from standing to flat for picking up. I am sure it will loosen up with use.

The lip on dustpan COULD have been a bit “finer” to pick up more dust/dirt particles. Other than that, I greatly appreciate the sturdiness of the extended-height handles on BOTH pieces. Most extended-height plastic handles are very flimsy & a complete waste of money. I’m VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PURCHASE!!

Extremely lightweight! Have to put some elbow grease into assembly and was afraid I'd break it but wasn't to bad. Seems pretty sturdy so far. The main thing I DON'T like is it has a sticker, huge sticker on the dustpan. Goes all the way across the top and says right on it not to remove because it is adhered with a strong glue and will leave a residue. Honestly if I had known I would have gotten a different set. The teeth on the dustpan work well but need to be sure nothing is stuck in the teeth when emptying so I go over it with the broom to be sure nothing is stuck in the teeth.

I received this really quickly from the sellers. It was a little difficult to figure out how to put the handles together - which piece went with which piece, that's why I only gave it 4 stars. But after I got it figured out I'm very happy with it. It's lightweight and the handle of the broom is smaller than another broom that I have, but I like that it's smaller since my bigger broom hurts my hand when sweeping. The dustpan has not left any dirt behind on the floor. I love having a stand up dust pan. I haven't hung it up yet, I just keep it in my pantry for easy access. I would recommend this set.

Nice broom and dustpan that are well constructed and very sturdy. Bristles are stiff hence very easy to sweep dirt off the floor. Either broom or dustpan can be extended higher to fit your height. Much better than my older and cheaper broom where broom head kept falling off. I especially like the design that dustpan has comb on it, so you can pick off hairs or straws off the broom with ease.
