Yes, it is expensive so try to find it on sale before buying but once you get it (or another of the Toughened nonstick pieces), you'll be every so happy with it's performance. I still use a touch of butter, EEVO or coconut oil for flavoring but the non-stick on this pan is fantastic making it a joy to cook with and super easy to clean after. Overall, the pan is good. The handles stay cool, it distributes heat well and is easy to clean. I do wish it was deeper. It does make it more difficult to cook meals without having significant spilling. If I had to purchase again I would buy a different pan.

I got suckered into buying "Our Place" Cook wear during the Black Friday sale before Christmas last year. It's not the set for me, those pots and pans were as high maintenance or more high maintenance than cast-iron and as soon as you heated them to high they warped or wash them with the wrong sponge they scratched and lost all nonstick ability. Unlike this pan. It's very easy to clean and it is very nonstick, never had a better pan!!! ... show more
