I have zero regrets buying these non-stick pans. They are sleek and modern. The weight is perfect for me. Not so light where you feel like you'll dent it if you bang it on something, but not so heavy you can't one hand lift it. There are lots of options out there and definitely ones less expensive, but these are absolutely worth it. I do use a small dot of oil and wipe it around before using. (don't think of the oiling you have to do with cast iron. I literally just do a drop) ... show more

I bought this specifically for it's non-stick capabilities. I don't use oil, butter or anything and everything cleans off this pan in seconds. Doesn't matter what I cook. I've been using it 2-3x a day since I got it and no issues yet. I would definitely not use any metal objects against it to maintain the coating. The tops are sold separately... had to buy one of those too for steaming or slow cooking Only disappointing complaint for me was: I was trying to buy this company because I thought it was made in Europe - and it is 100% Made in China. I specifically researched and their website even said their products were made in Europe, then I get it and nope. Says so on the box - Made in China... That was a let down as it seems almost impossible to get something not made there and I felt deceived by the company's marketing ... show more

I purchased this pan in October, 2021 and it’s still fantastic several months later! This pan is truly nonstick off you treat it right and follow the directions. Le creuset offers a great warranty if needed, and I may send it away soon to be re-seasoned. We use this pan easily 3-4 times per day in my house between my bus and and myself. After over 7 years my first Le Creuset Tough Nonstick pan started to give up. It was however the best pan I’ve ever owned. The finish on this new one seems improved. It’s easier to clean and heats perfectly.

It is a wonderful pan, everything you could ever want, sturdy, heavier than the pans I used to buy, great non-sticking ability, balanced heat.
