Not too hard to assemble. Gorgeous velvet lining done perfectly. The packaging was fantastic- I know this because I saw the delivery driver accidentally drop the box onto the ground off of the truck. I had to wait a week to open and assemble for a birthday gift and I was really nervous that I would open it and there would be damage but it’s mint. Screw packaging was the most organized and convenient that I had ever seen- I wish all ‘assembly required’ furniture came packaged like this! Bed is so sturdy and easy to put together , if you have a 9-11year old. I guarantee they can assemble themselves. The quality is amazing ! Headboard looks and feels way more pricey that it actually was. Came quick with no missing or broken parts.

After tons of research, I purchased this VECELO Queen Size Upholstered Platform Bed Frame in the color beige and it arrived on time (within 2 days of purchase), undamaged, no odor, looks exactly as described in photos. I was surprised and a bit concerned with how light the box was. OVERALL: I would say that this bed frame is the perfect fit for our child’s bedroom but definitely perfect for a guest bedroom! We wanted an affordable, easy, functional and beautiful queen bed frame and this met all of our requirements. We are satisfied with our purchase. SPECIFICATIONS: This bed comes with an adjustable headboard to fit mattress heights from 4”-12” (per instructions), velvet rivets headboard, 4 matching velvet (wire) storage drawers underneath, wooden slats support, *No Box Spring Needed*. EASE OF ASSEMBLY: Instructions stated 2 people needed for assembly. HOWEVER, I was able to put this together BY MYSELF IN 40 MINS with only the tools they provided. My kit came with 4 extra plastic pieces for the drawers. Instructions were straightforward with photo directions as well. It was the EASIEST bed frame I’ve ever put together! QUALITY: Purchased in the color beige which is beautiful and matches our space and aesthetic perfectly. The velvet material looks more plush in the photos than it does in person. The storage drawers have wheels that you just snap on and feel a little cheap to be honest but they are perfect for what we intend to use them for! This was a nice bed for my daughter. Headboard material is nice, looks like real linen. It appears to be durable. My daughter is tall and very slim so the length fits her. I sat on it and it felt strong. I was prepared to put this together by myself but my husband did (with a little assistance from me) and it took about an hour or less.
