Strongly recommend fully inspecting the contents before unpacking to ensure assembly instructions and all parts are present. Unfortunately I did not inventory the package and I found the assembly instructions were missing as well as two springs. But watching a video and by looking at numerous photos form the website I was able to assemble and use the jack to work on my zero turn and replace the blades.     • Functional not an attractive tool
Received the mower jack and inventoried pieces to insure they were all sent. Assembly instructions were non-existent. Pictures at various stages with part and piece numbers were provided but after a short period of time it was easier for me to look at size and shape and put it together without the instructions. The specifications said powder coating, but the manner in which the paint flaked off especially in the axel area certainly makes one question that. The overall product works well and is exactly what I was looking for in a mower jack. I had ordered a different brand very similar to this one and pieces were missing so it was returned. If you have a little mechanical ability and can live with less than attractive coating the jack will certainly serve its purpose. ... show more

The absolute worst instructions I have ever dealt with. Different size bolts but doesn’t tell what goes where. Shows the parts but nothing is numbered. After several hours with help finally got together. Will let how it works after using, just used it works fine
