I live out in the desert and my 2 ton RV was sinking into the sand on one side I am a female and I weigh about 135 pounds so I was super worried about what I was going to do my friend recommended this, and I really didn’t think it would lift my RV, but it did with ease, and seconds I easily used it and as a female, some of these things are extremely hard, but this was simply perfect for what I needed and worked perfectly. It was a lifesaver. I love it. Definitely worth the money. However, the package was so heavy. I mention rugged because it looks like at some point in the UPS trip the box dropped or fell a couple yards onto a hard surface. One side was crushed and open, the socket for the handle was sticking out of the top like a periscope. All the styrofoam inside was crushed and appeared to have been scooped up and stuffed in the box randomly in bits and pieces, and a single strapping band applied. The good news is that, aside from a scuff on the socket, it appears fine. The set-screw for the handle was missing; but a trip to the cellar produced a short bolt that fits. I think it will serve my needs very well. Speed is good, pump/release control is easy. ... show more

lifts my 7500lb ford expedition no problem...obviously most of the wait is on the other tires when lifting one side at a time....i have not tried lifting both sides simotaniously via front of vehicle under engine but im sure itl do it....i lift one side at a time and place on jack stands where the arrow is in the frame for jacking up under front doors...i picked it up really cheap and i am satisfied....6 ton jack stands are a must tho if u gotta heavy vehicle u want good stands ... show more

    • It's a decent jack

It's a good jack but I had difficulties lowering the vehicle. For some reason the jack was stuck and had to get assistance from a mechanic, which he also had issues lowering the jack. Its possible I had a defective jack. I just received a new one hopefully it works.
