This jack worked great. It has the safety bar which serves as the jackstand when jacking a Tesla, since there are only 4 jack points. Make sure to get a Tesla adapter puck if using on a Tesla. I like this jack a lot in every way except 1 thing. I love that you can lock it with a locking bar so you don’t need a jack stand if your just changing 1 wheel. The rubber lift section is great to use with a jack pad as the pad doesn’t slip. My only gripe and I wish they would fix it, which it’s too late for me now is how fast it drops the car back down. I mean are you serious! It does not really matter how slow you turn the bar to lower the car back down, one small, tiny turn too far and the car slams back down. I was pretty angry the first wheel I did when my BMW M3 slammed back down onto the ground. Pretty scary in one way and luckily I didn’t crack a rim or something. ... show more

I really like this jack because it allows me to rotate my tires on my Tesla Model 3 with just it and no other jacks or stands. The Model 3 has a very stiff chassis and you can lift up one side of the car with just this jack, lock it safely with the round bar, and rotate tires front to back. I like that the saddle has a rubber pad glued into it to reduce the risk of damage to the car (although I use a vehicle specific jack pad for my Model 3). Only thing I works change is to make the handle return spring stiffer so that the handle stays up by itself. ... show more

Purchased this jack for my son; build quality appeared good, & it worked well for about 18 months of use. (Didn't use it very often, actually.) The jack's compression components broke, so it would no longer remain "up," which was disappointing as my son liked the jack. Warranty is only 1 year, but I thought manufacturer (Alltrade Tools) would make an exception as it broke so soon after warranty ended. Alltrade was extremely difficult to work with customer service-wise. I understood if they stuck to their 12 month warranty, so I asked for, perhaps, a discounted repair or a small discount on a brand new one. Long, long wait on customer service phone line. Rep then asked for photos of jack and copy of Amazon receipt. Sent them w/in 2-3 days. No reply. Emailed again--no reply. Phoned--long, long wait, they finally answered & said a manager would contact me in a few days. Didn't happen. Emailed again--no reply. That was a month ago, so we purchased another brand jack. Jack worked well, but didn't last long. And if you hope to get some help from Alltrade Tools customer service, it isn't likely. ... show more

Admittedly, I was hesitant about buying this after reading so many bad reviews. I received it a few days ago and am very much pleased with it. I change my own tires--from Winter to Summer tires (and vice-versa) on my wife's car and mine. I have a low-slung Subaru WRX and the low-profile of this jack easily fit underneath the jack points. I almost lost the bolt that holds the handle to the jack--so please remember to look for it in the box. It holds the lift handle in place making maneuvering the jack quite easy. There's also a nice carry handle built onto the end. I like the rubber saddle as it seems to be made for the new-style jack points before and aft of the front & back tires. It was easy to raise the car with just a few pumps. I'm completely satisfied. It does everything the description says it does. Would buy again. ... show more

So far so good. VERY low profile. Still have two finger clearance when rolling the jack under the car, even with puck in place. Very large pad to fit my puck with room to spare. Five full pumps and the tire is 3+ inches off the ground and at the first safety bar hole. Only negative is the lowering. Very abrupt. ... show more
