Over all a nice jack and the locking pin feature is really nice and a feature that I've never seen on another jack. The downs are the decals have fallen off for the most part and the lifting pad doesn't swivel so if you need to rotate the jack once it's engaged it can be difficult to do. I bought it because I have a corvette and my current jack was to tall. Nice jack for the money ... show more

This item did not work directly out of the box. The jack would not go down. Instructions in the manual stated that if this happens the tech office must be called. Luckily I didn't test it by raising a car. Calling the tech office is a long wait of listening to music. Once getting a human I was told that all the tech office was out to lunch at 7pm EST and they would call me back when they returned. I left a detailed message for a callback and never received any return call. Called the next day at 9am and the phone just rang and played music. ... show more

Great low profile jack. I have a lowered floor wheelchair van. If I have a flat tire on the front of the van, the van would be sitting so low I wouldn't be able to get any other Jack's underneath the van to Jack it up to change the flat. This Jack's profile is low enough to get under the van with a flat tire so I can change the flat. It also raises in just a few pumps of the handle......very sturdy and wide base. ... show more

This jack worked great. It has the safety bar which serves as the jackstand when jacking a Tesla, since there are only 4 jack points. Make sure to get a Tesla adapter puck if using on a Tesla.
