Got this to help with home oil changes and tire rotations, not so much for roadside emergencies. It lifts higher in one step than my hydraulic bottle jack. I didn't want a huge roll around floor jack like shops have as my room in garage is limited, and I strangely put things away when I'm done. The features are all there for me, and my maintenance work. First I jack our SUV front and put it on jack stands to do the oil change, this power jack handles even my Hybrid SUV with no problems. Then I jack the back one side at a time to rotate tires, again, this does the job, power up and down are smooth and steady instead of like some floor jacks that when released, drop kind of fast. When that's all done I use the air pump to service all 5 tires, yes I check the spair too, and the gauge I've found is right on compared to my high dollar tire gauge. Takes no time at all, to top off tires. Not sure how long to completely fill a almost flat tire haven't done that yet. The light is kind of weak but it's there if you have nothing else. Plugging this into the front power port , I can reach all four tires with no issues. I put the car in accessory mode, and it all runs fine. Easier than pumping my bottle jack, and it's small footprint makes it easy to work around and move . Love the plastic case that everything comes in too. Hope it lasts , because I really like using this electric jack, and inflator. Two vehicles serviced so far, and all is good 👍. QUICK CAUTION UPDATE !!! Be careful using this Jack. The top Screw up extension has NO STOP to prevent you from un-threading it too far to be safely engaged to the piston. You CAN have the Screw top with the Pad unscrewed to far, and it can dislodge, dropping the Vehicle. I Highly Recommend Taking the Jack pad all the way out, and Paint the Threaded portion at the bottom RED or Yellow for 2" so you know NOT to have the threaded portion at it's extreme height, and possibly come out when lifting the vehicle. Remember NEVER get under any vehicle while it is being lifted, or held only by a Jack of any kind ! ! ! ... show more

I purchased this about 6 months ago, after seeing one in action. I never would have guessed looking at it that it would be lifting a full size rv, but thats what I use it for. After 6 months something went wrong im guessing with the switch that wasn't letting the jack turn on, I contacted the company via amazon and 1 week later had a new one at my door, AMAZING support, great product, this is a no brainer every car should have one of these jacks. ... show more

Works most of the time however sometimes it locks up and won't go up nor down. Rocking the switch back and forth a bunch gets it going again but it has done this since opening the box. I may end up sending this back.

This is fantastic, easy to use. For other reviews that state that it doesn't work... note that some vehicles have what's called a "live" 12v outlet which means it gets power with no key in the ignition. If your vehicle does NOT have a live outlet, you will have to have the car running in order to use the 12V outlet to power this device. You can test for a live outlet by plugging in a car charger for your phone and seeing if it charges your phone with car off and keys out of ignition. Hope this helps. ... show more
