    • Need more zipties

For the price it is decent and will work HOWEVER. Instructions are a bit confusing but it is not hard to put together. Getting the wire up is the hard part. It took 2 and sometimes 3 people for us to put together. We ran out of zipties 3 panels in and had to go buy more so keep that in mind before buying. Another issue I have is our door is slightly slanted. It was installed properly as we checked multiple times so it must be a manufacture problem but it's still functional, just slightly off. There is also only exactly enough wire so be carefull when cutting not to make mistakes, with that being said it DOES NOT COME PRE CUT so be prepared to cut it yourself. I already expected this because I saw other reviews about it. I would probably buy again if I was in a punch but for long term use it would not be good against predators and will need some accommodations. A cheap way to make it more predator proof is adding wood or tin panels around the sides and maybe some bricks around the parameter so animals can dig under it. ... show more

I do not have the type of wired chicken pen that this "Chicken Coop Cover" is intended for. However, the size was right for the wooden chicken coop I do have, so I ordered this. This is basically a nice typical tarp that happens to be white. It comes with nice metal grommets that you can use for attaching this to the coop. If you have the style coop that this is intended for, then you can utilize the very useful elastic ball cords to fasten this tarp to the wire of the coop. The price is similar to other ones you can find in stores, but most of those will be blue. You may be able to find a brown one, but the dimensions will not be the same as this one. Basically, this is not any different from other tarps except this one is a unique dimension and it is white. If you are using it for the type of coop shown in the promotional picture, it should be perfect. For my particular application, I had to do a bit of a customized installation with a staple gun to make this work. But at least my chickens will be dry. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Hikooo 11' x 6.33' Outdoor Chicken Coop Cover w/ Ball Bungees I ordered this outdoor chicken coop cover to use on the other half of my 13'x10' chicken coop. The cover came with 15 ball bungees that help secure the cover to the chicken run. This cover will help provide extra shade for hot days and help keep rain from creating so much mud in their yard. The eyelets seem to decent. The cover itself feels similar to tarps. It feels different than the original cover that came with the chicken run.. lets hope this one lasts longer than the one that came with the chicken coop. But for the price... it seems worth it. ... show more

This chicken coop cover is made of really good quality. This cover feels heavier than my other covers. The eyelets are plastic reinforced. Cover also comes with elastic hold downs. I am very pleased with this cover and I would recommend it for any chicken coop.

This cyclone fence chicken coop roof tarp is a brittle material. The grommet are a light aluminum and Bend very easily and they are not crimped evenly. The elastic ties are nice. In my opinion, this roof tarp will not last in the wind or hot sun.

    • It says "outdoor metal canopy cover" ...
... and it seems like the description is saying the cover is metal, or at least metallic with foil or something in it. But it is NOT metal or metallic,, apparently just the frame of the thing it is to cover is metal.
