I had a couple issues, but their owners manual explains it all and also has a qr code for videos if you are struggling. The best part is- MY CATS LOVE IT. They have never used an enclosed litter box before so I was concerned they wouldn't use it, but they were trying to go in it before I even had it plugged in. I'm on day 2 and have to also say I have been shocked because their is absolutely no smell!! Like how is that even possible?!
