First of all the printer is great! Everything comes out looking amazing and I love how fast and easy it is. Secondly the support staff is incredible. They helped me work out some issues I was having with the machine and they were incredibly patient with me.

After spending $5000 on a on a DTGPRO printer, it does not hold a candle to this one. The roll of paper arrived smushed, but I did see UPS delivering it and they had it on its side, so I am not blaming the vendor at all for that. It was missing 1 part and I have contacted them to send it. Set up was super simple for me. The vendor included a USB with all the instructions in print and video. The information provided was 1000 times better than the information sent with my DTGPRO. I watched all the videos, then watched them again as I did the set up step by step. One damper was not working properly, but a few extras were included which was great. All in all watching the video's, taking my time set up took 4 hours and I am up and printing. I am so happy, I gave mine a facelift and even with the 2 hiccups, I am still giving them 5 stars.

This printer has not worked properly from day one. I was only able to print one picture. Then the error messages started. I contacted customer service and they tried to help. They are 12 hours ahead so you have to stay up late at night just to Skype with them. There is no returns for this item, so I would not recommend that you buy it. Not at all what I expected.

Printer prints good quality photos. Daily maintenance is a breeze and no issues with clogged print head. The installation of the software and set up of the printer was quite easy. Only had one issue with the printer but after contacting teach support the issue was rectified. The help I received was great and was done in a timely manner.

Great printer for the money. I had some reservations about getting this printer after reading the reviews, however, I decided people are far more likely to leave negative reviews than good ones and decided to take the chance. It got here much quicker than the date implied, which was a bit like a visit from Santa. It was well-packaged in a wooden crate. It was fairly easy to put together and get set up, the only issues came with trying to get the software set up. I got in contact with the company and they were very responsive, setting up a Skype call to walk me through everything. In the end, the issues were all mine, as I missed a step that was covered in the instructional videos. Just be sure you watch all the videos completely through and you should not have any issues. Now that everything is up and running, I absolutely love my Panda Printer. Even my husband agrees that it was one of the best business purchases we have made.

I've had the printer for about 3 months, and unfortunately, it started having issues not long after. I've been troubleshooting for the past month, but it's still not working. I'm really disappointed, especially considering how much I spent on it—it's frustrating to have these kinds of problems so soon. That said, I do want to acknowledge that your customer service has been excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout. No complaints there.

When we received our printer. The power source chip was damaged in shipping is what their engineers determined after talking to them on the phone. So they shipped a replacement part and it arrived in 8-10 days. At first I was very disappointed. I think I was more disappointed to see my dream of printing my own designs slipping away. But being in the logistics I know how hard it is to safeguard materials and equipment considering the amount of hands responsible for handling them and the long distance it travels. It takes all parties involved to cooperate to troubleshoot and solve the issue at hand. After all the equipment and machine can’t speak to us. They will alert us when it’s functioning well. I love this piece of equipment. The first thing I wanted to print was an image of our reunion in Waikiki,Hawaii. I said to myself if I can print it and it comes out just like the photo looks. I can print anything. And it did. It came out exactly like the photo looks. I was in heaven. Unfortunately right now though. I have nothing more I can print. That’s because I’ll have to recreate everything else ill use from here on. That’s my problem now. It sucks because I’d rather be burning and peeling awesome designs ! Before I close I want to give a shout out to the team over there at the Shop. Mr Frank Ma, Mrs Lina and Mr P-Jerry Li Thank you for all of your hard tireless work and efforts to making this a pleasant experience and for making my dream come through!
