  • Best bang for for the buck & cheapest safe decent quality bench I've found, but very tall at 20.0"
This workout bench is the least expensive, safe, decent quality one I found for under $500, and it is only $299 right now when I bought it. It is surprisingly well built with all good welds and thick enough metal to not flex at all when I'm sitting/laying on the bench with my dumbells. I used a GoPro to video myself from the side to verify the bench wasn't weak or flexing under my weight+dumbells like almost all sub $200 benches seem to do. This bench has more attachments than any other bench in the same price range that didn't have a bunch of reviews saying it collapsed on them during their workout (which is why I chose a price range of AT LEAST $300) so this fit the budget nicely. This is able to do every workout I want to use it for. It is quite stable on my carpet and doesn't feel like it is going to tip sideways even though I tried leaning sideways a little while doing sit-ups on it to test how stable it was. It is not very large, and it stores upright so it saves a lot of floor space when not in use. The only thing I have to buy separately is a set of weight plates for the leg extension attachment. The leg attachment is also great because it accomodates plates with both common sizes of holes, and includes spring clamps for both sizes to lock them on the post. I was planning on spending around $350 on a similar REP AB-3000 2.0 bench but this one was $50 less AND came with way more attachments that I would use to do about 3x more exercises so I chose this one first, and if it didn't meet my expectations I'd switch to that one instead since it was rated a bit higher than this one by most reviewers for build quality. Now that I have used this one though, I'm 100% happy with its build quality, all welds look great, it assembled easily and quickly, it is solid and stable, and it is easy to change accessories without tools using just 3 screw knobs. This bench has more angle settings than almost any others, making it very customizable to any angle you want to workout at. The only negative thing I can think of is that this bench is exactly 20" tall, but USPA or IPF standard height says a bench should be between 16.5" to 17.5" max height for safety so your feet can touch the floor without your legs having to bend backwards off the sides of the bench to steady yourself while lifting. For reference, the REP AB-3000 2.0 is 17.1" tall. I'm shorter than average so this is a more significant problem for me vs someone who is like 6'2" and has legs that can easily reach the floor without having to arch backwards when laying on the bench. I don't ever plan to use this bench with a heavy bar, only with dumbells and for sit-ups, so I can steady myself well-enough so the 20" height isn't a major issue for my specific use case, but I'd imagine it probably would be an issue for most other people who usually lift with a heavy bar who are also under 6 feet tall, so keep this safety issue in mind if you lift with a heavy bar. ... show more

  • KeppiFitness Adjustable Weight Bench With Leg Extension Remains Best Value
Here are the pros and cons of the KeppiFitness Adjustable Weight Bench package. Pros: -1,200 lb. weight capacity -Flat/incline/decline adjustable options -Leg extension/curl has a 300 lb. weight capacity -User can get a full range of motion with leg extension/curl -Leg extension/curl supports 1-inch hole standard plates and Olympic plates -Easy to assemble -Bolts/nuts/washers are all packaged together -Bench comes with wheels -Leg extension/curl attachment can easily be removed -Preacher pad is great for dumbbells and barbells -Preacher pad can easily be removed -No wobbling or squeaking Cons: -Adjusting the bench from flat/incline/decline takes time -User won't get a full range of motion with chain/arm curl attachment -Padding on thighs for leg extensions can be uncomfortable -Bench with leg extension/curl attachment is 77 inches in length -Preacher pad needs to be removed for leg extensions/curls if you're tall -Bench is 20 inches high, which could be a problem if you're short Overall, this package is definitely worth buying. The leg extension/curl attachment is the deal-breaker because of the high weight capacity. Most benches with leg extensions don't support 300 lbs. or have a high weight capacity for the bench itself. This purchase gives users the most bang for their buck. I am 6-foot-2. I have had no problems using the leg extension/curl attachment. It works great, even though at times the padding on my thighs can be uncomfortable. I moved the lower leg padding down to the lowest setting and the leg curl padding to the highest setting. The bottom padding rests on my ankles, and I use it while barefoot so my feet will never touch the floor. I've had no issues with it while using as much as 120 lbs. I can tell that it was built to last. As for adjusting the bench from flat to incline, it can be a pain during a workout. I prefer to keep the knob as tight as possible to ensure safety. Maybe I'm just twisting it too tight. Either way, it's not a big deal. The padding on the bench is comfortable, and I now have a bench that includes decline for bench presses and crunches. ... show more

  • Very sturdy, good quality!
For the price, this is a very sturdy bench, good quality. It was easy to assemble. It is a bit longer than I expected. The bench without the leg attachment works perfect for my work out needs paired with my weight rack. I do have a couple of complaints, the preacher pad works great, feels solid, but the bicep curl bar and attachment point do not work for me no matter how i adjust them, the range of motion is too short, that's ok for me because i just use my easy bar or dumb bells, which i like better than a cable or chain attachment anyway. the second complaint is that when doing a hamstring curls while laying face down, the roller pads are a bit painful on my thighs. I fixed this by placing a 6" thick exercise pad on the bench while working hamstrings, this is much more comfortable. other than that I like this bench for how stable it is for bench press and it is comfortable for any decline bench work including abs. I recommend this bench for both it's price and sturdiness. ... show more

  • High-Quality Bench with Excellent Customer Service
I’ve been really impressed with the Keppi Fitness bench. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and packed with thoughtful features. The arm and leg extensions are a major plus for me—they make the bench much more versatile and let me do a wider range of workouts without needing extra equipment. The build quality is solid. The leather feels durable and soft, and the stitching is clean and professional—nothing about it feels cheap or flimsy. It’s clearly built to last, which is exactly what I wanted for my home gym setup. I did run into a small issue when I first received it, but I contacted Keppi and they handled it quickly and professionally. Their customer service was responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference in my overall experience. I’d definitely recommend this bench to anyone serious about building their fitness space at home. Great value, great performance, and a brand that actually stands behind their product. ... show more

  • Excellent, sturdy bench for a great price!
My previous bench finally fell apart while moving it (thankfully not while using it lol) and so it was time for a new one. After some research I came across this one on Amazon (Keppi Fitness). Based on other reviews and feedback, it seemed like a good fit. After receiving and putting the bench together, I was pleasantly surprised at the overall build quality and versatility of the bench! I’m fairly handy so assembly wasn’t too difficult especially once I realized the numbered baggies are for each step in assembly lol The bench also comes with a knee flexion/extension/bicep curl attachment however I have not used that yet. Still, the build quality of that is excellent as well. So far, I am about two weeks into using it and have been able to bench fairly heavy without feeling any kind of give. I also like the versatility of the bench as I can use it for shoulder press and Bulgarian Split Squats. Overall, a great buy and awesome addition to my home gym. Thank you, Keppi Fitness! ... show more

  • Buy it! Totally worth it!
Bought it for my fiancé as the old one was too cheap and not holding up. He loves it! Read some reviews complaining about the preacher curl, he had no issues at all, as you can see in the video, you can adjust the chain, so it’s the right fit for you. He also removed the rollers so they didn’t bump his forearms. Just spring loaded pins, very easy. Also read a poor review about the leg curls hitting knees, I have to say, I feel like that’s user error or build error. As you can see in the video, no issues there either, and he said it’s very comfortable. Had no issues with building it, instructions well laid out with easy to understand drawings. It’s incredibly sturdy, and not wobbly at all. Honestly impressed with the what we got for the value. The gauge of metal is incredibly thick, I don’t see him destroying this one like he did the last. Very happy with the purchase. Don’t believe the bad reviews, it’s pretty impressive. If the video doesn’t load with my review just look for the burley guy with a black beard lol. ... show more

  • True facts
Very well packed. Immediately, recognized good quality. About 90 minutes to construct. Directions were easy to follow. Construction is heavy and solid. Leg assembly is functional to a point, but awkward at times. (Not great for serious legs) Also, the quick change for the leg app is nothing to brag about. Padding is adequate. I put a towel over it. Height and stability is good. Preacher curl pad is OK. You'll need to use your own weights, because the curl bar and chain are worthless) Get it for a very good price, and it will be a good addition to your workout. ... show more
