This is our second shower head product from this company and is an excellent product. Remember it is a high pressure device so water is forced through very small openings in the shower head when the water is turned on for your shower. Once the water source is turned off, water will collect in the head reservoir. Because of this I always carefully unscrew the threads and drain the water thoroughly from the reservoir and the hose line. Once drained, carefully re-screw the head back on the threads without dislodging the 2 gaskets inside. The reason I do this? A lot of water can be held in the reservoir and if you think about it, bacteria will thrive in that dark warm environment... I certainly don't want to breathe in millions of colonies of bacteria or fungi with my next shower.

This took less than 10 minutes to install. Very easy. It has 3 settings that all work real well. Exactly what I wanted. I have it hooked up outdoors so I hope it lasts.

I bought this to replace an old Waterpik brand shower head that had seen better days. I researched and read reviews and this one seemed to get good marks for pressure. However, my old shower head had better pressure. My home's plumbing is old, and the pressure isn't great. This really did nothing to improve that. There are three settings, and each one is fine for showering. If you want pressure for a muscle ache or to really rinse thick hair quickly, this might not be the best option. It's not bad, it's just not as powerful as I thought it would be. The button to temporarily stop the water flow is a nice feature. I'm not returning it. I'm not digging the old shower head out of the trash. But, when this one becomes old, I won't replace it with the same brand.

This is the best hand held shower that I have ever used. I wasn't sure about it when I first saw it because it was very light weight and felt "plasticie", but after hooking it up and trying it out, I'm delighted with it! The water that comes out is very strong and powerful. It has three settings and they all are powerful. The jet setting is great for cleaning/rinsing the shower. I love that you can turn the water off at the handle. VERY convenient! It easily comes apart to clean it....great feature! The hose length is too short for me, so I will be ordering the super long one from Amazon. I highly recommend it. UPDATE: 11-16-24 I absolutely still love it. But.....my sprayer switch on the handle was stuck in one position, as another reviewer indicated. So, I carefully took the sprayer apart, noticing how the parts fit back together, and it was full of small black debris from my old pipes. I rinsed it, put it back together, and it works perfectly. So, if this happens to yours, take it apart, BUT notice how the pieces go back together. It has a small ball and a spring that can get lost, so be careful. Rinse it out, and put it back together. Still the BEST hand held shower I have ever used. Terrific water pressure and easy to pause the water with a push of a button, with no leaks. Am ordering another one for the second bathroom.

The price was right and the pressure is good. Used it for dog bath and quick shower and worked as expected. The only knock is the head doesn’t snap into the holder unless you position it in a certain way.

This worked great for the first few weeks. I loved how it was so easy to switch sprayer modes with just the simple switcher at the base of the spray head. However, eventually the switch stopped changing the spray mode when pressed. It just stays stuck in one mode now, no matter how many times I press the switch. I loved all three of the settings, because I had a use for each of the settings while showering. Oh well... it still sprays good. I just wish that I could still change the spray setting. - UPDATE - I am still using this shower head because I found a way to make it work again at changing sprayer modes. Trick #1 - Switch to the desired spray mode BEFORE turning the water on. Trick #2 - Use the sprayer pause button to temporarily stop the water flow, then change to the desired spray setting and then un-pause the sprayer to spray at the desired setting. Trick #3 - If above (trick #2) didn't work, pause the water flow again, but this time give the shower head a good shake... then change to the desired setting and un-pause the water. I try these three tricks in random order as needed, and it will change sprayer modes after one or two tries using the tricks listed above.

Absolutely LOVE this shower head!!! Wonderful pressure from this thing!! I just had a bathtub removed...one of those cast iron 1950's tubs and a shower put in. The shower head they put in was too high and too heavy for me to pick up. I called to ask if they would replace it for something lighter. I'm a great grandma who isn't all that strong. The thing they put in was HEAVY. And one of those magnet things. It wasn't for me at all. They never even called me back. I'm a senior citizen on Social Security and $14,500 was a lot of money for me to spend on the shower. But they had my money so why would they help me out now. So I went through a bunch of shower heads before I found this one. And it is perfect all the way around. Easy to hook up. Heck I did it!! I don't know about you, but I am very pleased with this purchase. Very pleased.
