I was only able to use the HO Sports Excel Combo Waterskis with Adjustable Horseshoe once this year do to weather conditions and ski season closing. For only using once I am rather pleased with the performance but will need another season to properly review this.

We already had a pair of skis about this size but the bindings pulled out of one of the skis. We wanted these for boating with our grandkids. They are beginning/intermediate skiers so these are perfect for them. We had another pair that were much wider. It was difficult for some of the beginners to maneuver them because they were just too heavy. I like the modern graphics. In spite of the fact that I routinely say I don't care what things look like, I'm pleased with the overall appearance of these skis. These water skis look really cool and I love how vivid and bright the colors are. They look as nice, if not better, than what they do in the pictures. The skis seem very sturdy and durable and are a good width for beginners as well as more advanced skiers. The feet slots are easy to get in and out of when needed and are comfortable. One ski has the additional foothold for slalom skiing (which none of us are good enough to try yet). The front of the skis also have the option for the use of the training bars to help keep the ski tips together for beginners. This is another great option of the skis. Overall, these skis are attractive, durable, and can accommodate anyone from the novice skier to the more advanced slalom skier. These are my first paie of skis I am excited to try then out this summer. I have never skied before so I honestly have no idea what to expect. The skis look to be of really nice quality craftsmanship. The feetpads are Adjustable for different sized feet. Very cool skis. I look forward to using them.

So, these skis are well made and look great with good graphics that are crisp and clear, they just look good. I have to say what we like most is the ability to accommodate skiers of different skill levels. The beginner bar is awesome and really is a good aid for new/novice skiers. With the bar removed these skis have a good response and should be a good fit even for the more advanced water skier. Last but not lease is the bindings are comfortable, give good support and do not rub anywhere funny. These are a good all around skis and we are verry pleased with them. 5 STARS ... show more

These are nice skis in that they can be used for regular or slalom. They adjust easy and perform well for a basic or intermediate ski. I will update more next season as I didn't get much time to use these before we closed up the lake!
