This bench is exactly what I have been looking for. I’ve priced similar benches and couldn’t find anything for under $500. It has so many uses that I’ve decided to get rid of a few benches that I now no longer need. The box arrived damaged and I was very worried about the contents inside. The Amazon box was in perfect condition but the actual box inside looked like it had been smashed on both sides and was heavily creased in the middle. I didn’t see any damage at first and was happy until we started assembly. The main pivot point metal piece was bent pretty good and wouldn’t go together. We used a channel lock was able to bend it back into shape and get it to go together so we could put the pin in. I’m not even taking off a star because this bench is amazing and it’s not even noticeable once assembled. As far as assembly it comes partially assembled. As a reviewer I get tired of putting things together so any bit of already assembled is always going to make me happier about it. The rest of the process was pretty straightforward. Directions were good and we didn’t have to take anything apart due to errors so that’s something! All of the hardware and tools are included but if you have better tools like a socket wrench use them to make it easier. I haven’t gotten a chance to use it with weights but I tried out a few different positions and it’s so versatile. I’m just stoked to have a way to do leg curls and extensions. My husband is happy to do preacher curls and incline pressing with his rack. The adjuster for the incline is a clever design. It folds up as well for storage. This bench was very well thought out including features that many companies charge dearly for. This bench gives more people to opportunity to have options in their home at a much lower cost than big brands offer. I cannot wait to use this bench!

Locking knobs allow quick switches between flat, incline, and decline. They used premium padding of high-resilience memory foam covered in breathable, sweat-resistant leather. It comes nearly assembly-free (95% pre-assembled) and is easy to put together with great instructions. TIP: When tightening down the bolts, it is easier to use a 9/16” or a 14mm socket and hold the other side with a wrench instead of using both wrenches that come with it. The unit folds for vertical storage against a wall or in a closet—ideal for apartments, bedrooms, or small home gyms. The versatility is perfect for full-body work: bench presses, dumbbell exercises, preacher curls, leg lifts, push-ups, sit-ups, and more. It is a stable bench..it is heavy duty i think...it stays put on the floor well it is a heavy bench... I wish the assembly pictures were a little more detailed ,but i got the bench together alright ...all the parts were in the box ... happy with that... The bench has a standard black poly coating..it is good...looks good... I like the feel of the material on the bench and curl pad..it is a feels soft on the skin, I like the slight texture on it as well..the material feels durable ... The bench has a comfortable foam pad..feels good on the back..gives a generous amount of cushioning... This to me is a good basic workout bench.. I like the feel and padding of the cushions... it is stable... assembly is easy... And it has a good incline range... Overall i like the KINGKANG weight bench ... 5 stars I like the black and red style on the bench...looks tough to me.. nice feature...

Very well made with heavy duty steel with a carbon fiber surface for ascetics. Came very well packaged in a heavy carboard box with parts inside the box also protected. Wide range of adjustments to backrest and seat positions as well as height and length adjustment for all the roller pads and other accessories, like the pastor curler, making this bench very versatile. Cushions are thick and firm. Rollers are dense foam. Plastic Bolt head covers are a nice touch for aesthetics. Assembly was relatively straight forward with kit tools provided. This one thing that is not ideal is that although it does fold, it is not very compact due to the leg weight plate attachment.

A great bench for a home gym or an actual gym - it's better than most benches I've seen there. Heavy, sturdy, very easy to put together. It probably takes about half an hour to assemble by a single person, and that includes figuring out where to put it in your tight space. ;) Comfortable to use: the cushions are soft enough without being too soft. Back side provides excellent support for the entire spine. Does not move when you move - exactly what you want from the weight bench. Great price! I haven't seen them for less than $300 anywhere; this one is great value

I m glad I got this because I really wanted something at home that would help me get more of a leg workout. Once assembled, it feels sturdy and gives me several options for working my legs without needing to go to the gym. Assembly did take some time. It wasn’t something I could put together in just a few minutes, but once it was done, I felt it was worth the effort. The padding is comfortable, the different positions are useful, and the equipment feels stable while I’m using it. Totally worth the money for a home gym.
