For the price point it’s fantastic! Love that the bench is seperate and easy to move around. It’s tall for me to do hip thrusts on but if you lower the front of the bench and turn it so your back is on the lowered front it works! Nice padding on the bench. Happy with purchase!

The bench is adjustable and the squat rack is also adjustable and you can adjust the width of the rack for smaller spaces , I am 5”2, the bench height is perfect for me. For this being for a beginner or intermediate it works great! Still getting used to it but I know it’s going to be a great piece of equipment to have! And the instructions says two person assemble….i put it together myself and I’m as useful as a rusted crested wrench, so if I can put this together than anyone can!! ... show more
