For the price you can't beat it, the material is semi thick, the post is sturdy, the frame is not as heavy duty as some of my past umbrellas but it is better than a few of them. It hasn't gone through any high wind storms yet so as far the durability I can't really judge that, although it seems like it can handle the Midwest storms we get. I got the apple green color and it is green, if you're familiar with flexzilla hoses it's about the same color, and it seems like it will last a while without fading too much. The stitching is nice and seems like it will last a few summers and that's about how long an umbrella lasts at my house, my favorite part is the Velcro tie no more fighting to get it tied down when not in use. I give it 4 out of 5 because of no storage bag and assembly is kind of a pain but it's not hard, just get it setup open the frame about halfway install the rods if you have a bigger umbrella and put the umbrella fabric on the frame. For the price they offer these at I can't really complain about anything, it was cheaper than the cheap ones at the big box stores and better quality. I definitely recommend giving this umbrella a try, if you don't like it you're not out a ton of money but if you do then it was money well spent. ... show more

This patio umbrella is very large and sturdy and is a beautiful red color. It is just what we were looking for. It's very stable in our table stand although we have not tried tilting it. But I believe it will work well. It's a nice material also, much better than our old one and looks like it will definitely be more waterproof and fade resistant. ... show more

This umbrella is huge and magnificent. Easy to put up and down. Color is perfectly as described. It is sturdy in the wind, but not too heavy to carry. I would definitely buy this again. We left this outside all summer and the color did not fade one bit. Backyard faces north, got full sun all day.

OK. I’m not sure how long this will last, but it’s a sturdier system than I expected. It goes up and down easily and cheats the wind when it’s down. I think it’s well worth the price, but of course we’ll know better in a couple years.
