So great. Really. It makes a huge difference. I work from home, the house really cools down at night (which is when I now work most) and am prone to migraines caused by muscle spasms. If you get these type of migraines, you know what cold does to you. I just put this on and keep on working! And the migraine is averted! So snuggly and soft, I may just nod off. Very soft, I like the fabric, color, controls. Not fancy, just does the job beautifully, it's what I wanted/needed. Seems to be weighted a little which makes it hang against you better I think. Get one, you won't be sorry!

This works well. I have issues with my neck. If I stand too long, or am on a computer for a while, my neck starts to hurt. I have been using this and it makes me relax and the heat helps with the pain.

Bought this for my wife who has upper body & neck issues. This unit is specifically designed for those areas in a comfortable wrap around style. It is also weighted which gives it more of a comfortable contact. The controls are very easy to use & set for the length of time & heat level. The bottomline is it comforts the aches & pain & soreness & allows her to relax whenever she uses it...which is daily. It is designed to be able to also wrap around other parts of the body but as my wife says "if my, back, neck & shoulders feel good then the rest of my body will too. Highly recommended!

It’s weighted around the edges and doesn’t rest on shoulders the way I’d hoped. It moves around quite a bit. Everything else is fine. It heats well and the controls do what they should. Coverage is okay but if you have shoulder and upper arm pain you might want to try something else.

This is ideal for neck and upper back pain. A regular size heating pad cannot stay in place or large enough for that area. This one conforms to your shoulders and stays in place. Including a timer is a plus and the heat is sufficient. Feels great!
