  • Perfect for a home gym!
I was a little hesitate myself when it came time to order this machine. Ive always wanted an incline chest press machine, specially one with independent arms. This machine for me is perfect. Its not to bulky, its pretty compact, doesn't take up to much space. For the way it functions there is no shoulder impingement for me (everyone is different) Like i mentioned there no shoulder pain for me, gives me that nice stretch at the bottom. Most incline press machines are a only one way starting position. Like when lifters use blocks to prevent them from starting in such a deep position this one has adjustable arms so you can elevate the arms higher so you dont need to start so far back. Overall im happy i picked this machine. ... show more

  • The stability of bench machine.
I use the weight bench machine everyday. Love this machine. I’m. 55yrs young it has increased my strength and size of my arms and upper back.

  • The machine pictured is a larger version of the machine I received.
This machine is well made and looks great. It looks good and moves very nicely. I am looking to get rid of the machine because of its size. The machine in the picture is a larger version of the machine that arrived at my home. Notice that the machine in the picture has two weight racks on each side. The one that arrived at my home has one rack on each side and is smaller than this one. The biggest problem you may have is that the machine forces emphasis at the elbows. This is because it is small. Your lift starts with the arms angled too far inward. So that torques the heck out of the elbow area. The hand grips would have to be 6- 8 inches farther apart for the machine to work well for inclined press. I am giving the machine 1 star because of the misrepresentation. If you are a small guy with shorter arms, you may not have any issue with this machine. If you are 6 ft (plus minus ~2 inches), I doubt that this is a machine you can use. ... show more
