Missing parts both sides( part"C" which connect the dry side pool hand rails and stabilize the ladder render purchase useless. If all the parts were complete as advertised, it could be an amazing quality purchase. Easy to assemble, just need all the parts listed in assembly!

I was looking for a better ladder to replace the one that came with the Intex Easy Set 18' x 48" foot pool. So many wouldn't work because they had to be secured to the pool itself. I wanted one that was sturdy, and had wider steps. I couldn't find one, at least one that was a reasonable price. I decided to buy this one because it worked with the pool, and had steps that could be either removed or put in an upright position to make it safe. It does the job, but it's a little shaky, I don't feel comfortable as an adult standing on top and turning around so I can go down the ladder facing the pool when I get out. The steps are narrow as they all are for this type of ladder, and there isn't the piece that goes behind the ladder so kids can't go behind there and possibly get hurt. My granddaughter wanted to go behind the ladder to play, and I'm glad I was in the pool with her to let her know that that can be dangerous. The price was right, it went with the pool, and the front steps are removable. I'm happy with those things. The ladder is a bit shaky for adults, no piece to keep kids from playing behind the ladder, not as sturdy and steps aren't as wide as I would like. It works with this pool. ... show more
