    • Safe & sturdy. Worth the money.
Color: White
This ladder is perfect for my above ground pool. It's so much sturdier than the ladder that came with the pool. I got it because I'm 72 & had to have total hip replacement after a fall & was afraid to use the ladder that came with my above ground pool. This ladder is much sturdier & more stable. I also like the locking child gate because I have a 3 year old grandson who loves to swim & the gate blocks his access to the pool. ... show more

    • Stable pool ladder
Color: White
This ladder is exactly what we were looking for. It's much better than the ladder we got with the pool, much more stable. Only con is the instructions. We put it together without using the instructions, just looked at the pictures. Took between 2.5 - 3 hours with 2 people putting it together. We love the gate - perfect when you have small children or toddlers around. Highly recommend. ... show more

    • Do not recommend
Color: Taupe
Very poor quality for the price. The edges are way too sharp for the liner. I was going to return the item and then the seller offered a % refund. I agreed but never received it. I waited over a month for the refund to be processed. Reached out and was told they can't do anything because it's been more than 30 days but I have been waiting on them. The ladder is plastic, unstable, and not safe, the directions are ridiculous. Do not recommend you wasting your money. The bottom step are sharp as well you have to sand them not to cut the liner. ... show more

1 billion x better than the ladder my 12x24 Intex pool came with. I’m 53 female and it took me 6 hours to put together. It was not easy but I’m not the best craftsman. I used pea gravel and my 30 yo son helped me to hoist it over and into the pool, was not that heavy even with filling with about 30 lbs of pea gravel. You can’t use anything larger than pea gravel or it will get stuck. I didn’t use the door as I don’t have small kids to worry about. I’m getting a mat delivered today that lays under the steps inside the pool, just to keep the vinyl safe. The steps do give a little when you stand on them and the railings do wiggle a bit when you are pulling yourself out of the pool. But overall, this is what I needed to help keep my elderly parents safe when using the pool. The ledge is nice too for my little and nephews to sit on. I really love them! WAY BETTER THAN THE LADDER THE POOLS COME WITH!!! ... show more

    • Seems a bit cheap and unsturdy

Review Image by selena m.
Got this to go with our new above ground pool as I don’t like climbing ladders and my father is handicapped and needed stairs to enter the pool and my son is autistic so I needed something that could lock. While it does the job, the steps are very narrow and my father won’t be able to climb them but for everyone else they are ok. It does lock most of the time, however the arms are very flimsy and my son can basically pull on the side and unlock the gate so we have had to jimmy-rig something that he can’t undo. For $$$ I thought it would be way better quality and last a lot longer. We are looking at putting in a deck next summer as this probably won’t last longer than a year. ... show more

    • Sturdy and secure upgrade
Color: White
Review Image by Fulgers
Instructions are a bit hard to understand but my husband got this put together with little-no problems at all. It’s sturdy and toddler proof. I’m pleasantly surprised with the quality for 1/3 of the cost of the more expensive brands. It’s a HUGE upgrade from the rickety ladder the pool came with. We have a 52” tall, 32x16 bestway soft sided pool and this fits great. We put it in a corner because the pool legs are on wood planks so it didn’t fit in between them. No complaints at all about these stairs. I’ll update the review if anything changes. ... show more

    • Adra the customer service representative from Four Seasons Pool Supply was fantastic
Color: Taupe
I really needed the Vinyl Works 24-inch Double Pool Step Ladder with Gate for both my aging mother and my brother, who has Parkinson’s. I was very disappointed when it arrived missing a part. Although Amazon issued a return label for a full refund, I also contacted the seller through Amazon, and they immediately offered to help resolve the issue. A customer service representative from Four Seasons Pool Supply on Amazon, named Adra, was extremely helpful in identifying the missing part and arranging for it to be shipped to me right away. I love this product! It’s perfect for what I need. I also appreciate that the gate makes it child-proof, especially for toddlers. ... show more
