Description

The Fill-O-Matic 2000 will automatically keep your swimming pool water filled to the level you determine. It works with both in ground or above ground pools. It is made in the USA with the highest quality components available. The base is made of 100% rubber and has a lifetime warranty, it will not slip, slide or leave any marks. The U.V. stabilized bracket provides the ultimate in chlorine resistance and strength. The float valve mechanism has been proven in over two hundred thousand installations around the world. The pool filler is adjustable from 2" depth to 9" and an extension bracket is available on Amazon that will add an additional 5" of depth. If your water pressure is Above 60 psi, a pressure reducing valve will be required. Do Not Use Teflon Tape or any type of thread sealant as this Will cause a leak.

    • Saved money on chemicals.
We have 35,000 in ground pool and we used to turn the garden hose on to fill up the pool but sometimes someone would forget and overflow the pool. We were spending more money on replacing chemicals and salt until we put this in. Now I don't have to worry about the water level. This product is constructed very well, we even leave it in while kids are swimming with no issues. Installing was super simple, just connect to the hose and go. We did install a rv pressure reducer to make sure it doesn't leak by. Our water pressure fluctuates. We also put a block on the pad to help hold the device in place but I will probably anchor it later. This was the most cost efficient option vs other comparable products. ... show more

    • Works good, lasts long. The best filler I have had
This is not my first automatic pool filler but it will be my last. I have had it running constantly for five years in Florida but in those days it came with a very short braided adapter to connect it to the hose. I had to add a 90 deg adapter in between to manage the turn up along the pool deck. After a while this arrangement provided more connections to leak. I was researching it lately and noticed that the Fill-O-Matic was now being supplied with a long braided hose that would not require the 90 deg adapter for my pool. So I went to the company web page and searched out that part. I now have it installed and the leveler is working like new. The long braided hose is a great modification to the product. Follow the directions for connecting it up - no teflon tape - turn it finger tight, and you will be blessed with trouble free pool leveling. ... show more

In Florida, I learned that built-in autofill systems can actually develop algae buildup and clogging issues due to humidity and stagnant water inside the plumbing.     • Works pretty well but I need to reset it if it rains too much
High quality product and it works well, however every time we get a heavy rain and the water level goes above where it's set the float valve seems to get stuck and it won't work unless I go out and manually pull the float valve down, then the unit continues to work as intended. Overall I am quite pleased with this purchase, it saves me having to keep an eye on the water level and drag the hose out every week, I just have to remember to reset the float after a storm. ... show more

    • Great way to maintain your pool level when you are traveling
We've had this for over a year in Florida. When you travel it's nice to know that the water level will be maintained. It has worked really well. You do need the pressure reducer (I think it was less than $10 on Amazon). Heavier duty than what I've seen at a neighbor's place. I do put a concrete paver on top just to make sure it stays put, but no sure it's needed. ... show more
