These steps are pretty nice! They fill very firm and supportive. The rails are a little flimsy, so I would not trust them to bear my weight. But otherwise they make entering and exiting the pool so much more enjoyable. Only going for 4 stars as I feel this package should include the empty counterweights designed for this unit, especially at the cost. I also dislike that the sides are totally solid, which restricts water flow and allows sediment to build behind it. ... show more

Easy to put together. Steps seem to be sturdy, but the hand rails are not as sturdy as they say. They wobble and it doesn’t appear to be any way to make them sturdy. It definitely floats and so you need weights but apparently no one on Amazon sells the recommended weights from the instructions so you have to go on a wild goose chase to find something that might work. We are going to try the waterproof sand bags and we will see how they work. We have an above ground splash pool with a deck around it and the height seems to be great. The arms that attach to the deck are adjustable and slide along post to the height you need. ... show more

    • Definitely worth the price
A lot bigger in person, quick assembly, can’t wait to put them in the pool. (I did buy weights). Also if you install inside make sure you can fit the steps thru a doorway once assembled, I almost couldn’t get them out the house lol
