The media could not be loaded. Seriously what a game changer! I was skeptical at first but with winter just around the corner why not?! This is easy...just roll it out. I prefer to do it on the ground but this gets hot quickly! There are simple settings up and down for time and temp..I usually go for the 30 mins on highest heat. I use a liner and get in. I love that theres a zipper for the arms so if my phone goes off I can check it or change the TV with the remote. The key is so stay in when it goes off bexause the heat will continue...I love my sauna blanket. Well made. Zips up easy. When im done with the blanket I let it cool down and then wipe it down and roll it back up and store it in the bag that it came in. Definitely worth it. This Sauna Blanket is perfect. Doesn't take up too much space in the storage bag.

Only used a few times. Heats up for a few minutes and then heat stops. Would not recommend.

TLDR: I wouldn’t recommend this product unless they fix the thermostat issue. This sauna bag/blanket has the following positive features: - Good size - Arm holes are handy for reading while using it - Material is easy to clean - Heats up quickly The negatives: - The mylar blankets that come with it to be used as liners are too awkward to actually use and are wasteful. - The thermostat doesn’t maintain a temperature setting. No matter what temperature I select, it heats up to the highest temperature every time. I thought that maybe I wasn’t selecting it properly but there are only 2 things to change (temperature and time), the timer works but the temperature doesn’t. This is frustrating because I’d like to use it for 30+ minutes but cannot tolerate the highest temperature (176 F) for that long. Since this item is currently out of stock I can’t choose to replace it, and I have a feeling it would just end up an a landfill if I return it, so I will keep it and just do 5-7 cycles of heating up, shut it off when I get too hot, let it cool a bit and then turn it back on. This could be dangerous for elderly, compromised individuals, or if you fall asleep in it. For me it’s just annoying and frustrating, but hopefully it will work as a way to warm up this winter and relax my back until I can afford a real sauna.

I’ve only used this sauna blanket a handful of times, and I can already tell a difference. It’s incredibly relaxing, and I feel so much looser afterward. My significant other tried it recently and absolutely loved it—he said it made his muscles feel much more relaxed after a long day. I also love that it came with a few thoughtful extras: a storage bag, emergency heat blankets, and even a vacuum-sealed storage bag to save space. Those added touches make it even more convenient to store when not in use. Overall, this sauna blanket is easy to use, relaxing, and really effective. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some great at-home recovery and detox benefits.

To the plus side it heats to max 176F within about 15 mins which is suitable for me. Seems to be a normal electric blanket, nearly identical. Also maybe best for users shorter than about 5’10” (couldn’t easily fit into it being taller). Wires looped at toes makes it hard to get to the temp controller when in use. I eventually broke a sweat but barely at highest temp setting, maybe I overexpected, long way from duplicating dry sauna conditions imo. All the best.

Looks like it was put together at home. Zippers and the fabric surrounding it already has come apart. Basically useless now.

Consistent heat through out. Easy to use, but the double zippers for arms, detach from the plastic bases in material.
