Tried a 35 mins for the first time. Sweat all over the body, skin feels super comfortable afterwards. Would definitely suggest to use the blanket or a towel to avoid being sticky.

This sauna blanket is very easy to use. Just plug it in and bundle up. It heats up in 5 minutes. I am 51 years young, 5’6 and 152lbs. There is plenty of extra room for a taller and larger person (my husband) to use it as well. I use it at 170 degrees, for 50 minutes, 3x per week. I wear a sports bra, running shorts and socks. I use it to relax my sore muscles, release toxins, and sweat out water weight. This also helps keep me from having hot flashes and night sweats, when used regularly. Very nice color (deep black), great build quality. Highly recommend.

You don't have a lot of space to build a sauna, and the nearest sauna facilities are far away with unaffordable prices for regular use. No problem! I decided to invest and try this sauna blanket since I end each day completely exhausted. Ever since I started using it, I feel like a new person—it relaxes my body and even helps me sleep better. It heated up fast and the temperature control is accurate. The material is water proof so cleaning is a breeze. It’s pretty comfortable laying inside. There are also around 10x emergency blanket given in the box as added bonus. Not sure how effective it is to lose weight. Will update later after I use it for a while.
