Just finished putting this together. I read other reviews that said it was difficult, but that was not my experience. Once unpacked it snaped together quickly. About 30 minutes was all it took, just because it was packed so well. The assembly was intuitive and I did not use the instructions. There is a slight trick to alignment of the brackets, but once I figured that out things went smoothly. The color was more subdued than the images, but looks fantastic with my decor. The couch is firm, but feels sturdy. The pull out works easily and seems very sturdy. I love the storage! My cats love this couch and I've had to put tape on the corners to keep them from scratching, but that's not the couch's fault! I hope to update if my opinion changes. ... show more

Very happy with this purchase. A bit firm but I have a lot of cushion ;-) Easy to assemble. I would suggest a mattress topper when in bed mode. I think it’s pretty nice for the price.

I’ve had ivermectin a year with this couch, and it’s very sturdy. It’s not the comfiest to lay down on you can feel the wood in the seats where the cushion meets. Other than that it’s adjustable, spacious and great for family with kids

If you're looking for a high end sofa, this product is NOT for you. This sofa is HONEST. The manufacturer doesn't claim it to be a super premium product and, in fact it's not. It's a very decent inexpensive sofa. Quality is actually surprisingly good for the price. Foam is firm, the "air leather" is nothing more than a synthetic leather. Time will tell me if the foam is good quality. Packaging is heavy, but if you open the package, you will find two huge but not absurdly heavy parts and other smaller parts that are easy to carry Assembly is EXCELLENT. Super easy, screw in 12 legs (no tools needed, done in 1 minute) then connect the two bottom parts and then connect the two backs and put the pillows. Believe it or not, it was assembled in SIX MINUTES! What could be easier? I had an issue with the delivery and seller proactively contacted me and made things right. I'm happy with my order, I would buy it again and I would definitely recommend it. Update: Seller was very nice and proactive to solve the issue after I left a 1 star review for the company because the sofa was delivered at my neighbor's house, ignoring my delivery instructions. Anyway, the company offered me a compensation for the hassle I had, but didn't honor that. They offered me a $60 refund on my order, which seems fair because that's the same amount I paid my neighbor's to bring my sofa upstairs. For this reason, I'm updating my review to 1 star. When you promess something to a PAYING customer, you honor it. I am also a Vine reviewer, but this sofa was NOT ordered through Vine, it costed me money out of my pocket, full price, just like any regular purchase, I have delivery instructions very clear because of a medical condition. It's "a little bit impossible" for somebody on a wheelchair to bring a sofa upstairs, my address is upstairs, not in front of my neighbor's house downstairs. The seller delivered it to the wrong place and I had to pay third party people to complete the service they should've done right first time. Ok, mistakes can happen, so the seller contacted me (I didn't reach the seller, they reached me) and promised something, but they didn't honor. Be careful when buying from this company. Although the product seems to be, honestly, excellent for the price, the seller attitude was not. Update July 17th 2024 FIVE MONTHS after purchasing this sofa, the "air leather" (which is just a silly name they gave to the cheapest and thinner synthetic leather) is DISSOLVING and flaking everywhere. The foam is also so deformed that the internal structure can be seen at distance. Sitting on it is now extremely uncomfortable because it feels like sitting straight on lumber. Purchasing this sofa was a complete nightmare. Please ignore the beginning of this review, which I'm going to leave there so people can have a time-line of the issues happening. FIVE MONTHS! ONLY FIVE MONTHS this sofa survived in a home with two adults. I cannot say we spent more than 24 hours total sitting on this sofa during those five months. It was used as a sleeper for literally ONE NIGHT. BEWARE! Stay away from this product. It is a complete waste of money. ... show more

We found it to be a great fit for the small space in my husband’s office. It’s a little shallow, but still relatively comfortable. I like that I can store bedding in it and I find the pullout function easy to use. It was also pretty easy to assembly. Overall, nice quality for the cost.

This is a cheap couch but overall it looks nice and is perfect for my kids playroom. Lots of storage and room to play. It's pretty uncomfortable though and wouldn't love it as my main couch or as a bed for guests

First of all, the seller is outstanding with communication. FedEx lost 1 of the 2 packages and the seller immediately went above and beyond to help me out! The couch comes in two heavy boxes so make sure you have a helper and use safe lifting/have a dolly. The couch was easy to assemble because it’s mostly all assembled. No work needed to put together the roll out sleeper sofa which was awesome! I’m 5’9” with long legs. This couch is a great height off the ground and is a good length. Super comfortable as a couch but extra cozy when fully extended. Super easy to pull out the sleeper sofa. This couch is firm which I loved! But if you are looking for a soft cloud couch this isn’t it. I think it really supports my back so I love having a firm couch. I was able to find a couch cover for my dog and that fit it super well. All in all if you are looking for an affordable, easy to assemble firm sleeper sofa this is a great deal! And if any issues arise the seller will for sure go above and beyond to help. ... show more
