Ugh! I’m so sad that the product description states you can use it as a hot or cold. When I opened the package, it states it can only be used as a cold pack. Please do a better job on your descriptions. It’s false advertising! Other than that, these clay packs are amazing for relief. They provide relief from injury pretty deep unlike ice in a baggie that is then wrapped in a towel. These are pliable and the size is great for bigger areas of pain or injury.

Seems to sweat a bit and is Very heavy, but holds the cold temperature for at least 30 minutes.

Price is good for product. Large enough to fold into 3 sections. Love the flannel sleeve. Am able to freeze it in my bedroom refrig/freezer. Is effective and compact for travel.
