Seller provided product in a timely fashion. The product battery life is less than expected and the charge time is more than expected. However, it is portable and convenient. It would be great if the massager would start, stop and pause remotely.

The device itself is good. I felt compelled to leave this review because there is very scary language in the end user agreement. It says verbatim, “ By providing your data and information, you grant Future Wear App an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use such data and information. You agree that Future Wear App has the right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display your data (including but not limited to registration information, behavioral data, and all information displayed on the Future Wear App) or to create derivative works based on it. Furthermore, you expressly authorize Future Wear App to assess your credit rating based on the information you provide, your activities on the platform, complaints, and records of infringement. I have a lot of muscle stiffness in my lumbar due to a disc injury. I tried tens units, but was allergic to the adhesive pads. Lots of skin rashes. I thought I would give this a try because you don’t need any adhesive, you just wet it a bit with water. It works well. I like the different app features, which allows you to change the various programs and intensities. You can also turn the heat on and off. It came with a remote but the remote is more confusing than the app. My only minor gripe is that you cannot turn it off and on via app, you have to turn it on manually first before you can put the belt on and then it’s hard to reach the manual button once it’s on. But my muscles are happier and looser after every use. Would recommend.
