Love this couch so far! It came in 3 boxes, each a few days apart. It’s super soft and comfy, not too firm at all. The instructions are fairly simple. You can choose to make the L-shape on the right side or left side. I chose to put it on the right side, which works perfectly fine, the cup holder is just tucked back instead of on the very edge of the couch, which I actually don’t mind. When you put the ottoman inside the L-shape, it almost makes a bed. For reference, the guy in the pic is about 6’1”-2”ish. The cushions need time to expand but they get pretty fluffy. Customer service communication is also great and fast, I believe it was Jaden that messaged me quickly about my order. Definitely recommend this product!

We love this couch. It was easy to assemble and is very comfortable. The only negative thing I can say is the armrest storage cover doesnt open fully and the compartment is a little deep and pointy.

Kerep in mind when purchasing this couch a modular sofa isn't connected like a sectional. The cushions do not come off to wash them when needed but you can use a shampooer. The communication was great and excellent customer service!!
