The first time I used this hose, the black plastic sleeve around the hose broke right after I turned the water on. The second time I used it, the hose blew up like a balloon very quickly. I immediately reached to turn the water off but within seconds, it exploded like a large water balloon and injured my hand. I have lived in my house for 30 years so it was not a water pressure issue. I communicated with the company. They wanted me to ship them the hose and offered me a new hose. No thanks. One set of blood blisters and bruises is enough. ... show more

This review is for their 25 ft. version. This hose seems to be really high quality with solid connections on both ends. For quality, I give it 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s. The claim of it being 25 ft. in length is a real stretch. Under full pressure I measured & it reached only 15 ft. I guess if we had 100 psi water pressure it might get a little longer, but 25 ft. it isn't, so for this it gets 1⭐. That's my math for giving it 3⭐⭐⭐'s. ... show more
