Build quality is far better than I expected. It's been on half a dozen trips with me so far (including one international trip) and it shows no signs of wear. I expect the bottle pockets to stretch out over time, but that's a problem with every elastic bottle holder. You'll never find one that never stretches. The pocket layout works really well for travel! The amount of organization make this feel like an old-school 90s laptop bag. I've got room to store my laptop, tablet, printed papers, electronics bag, headphones, some basic OTC medications, a hefty paperback book, and I STILL have plenty of room for an emergency change of clothes. The layout of the bag means I don't have to go digging through everything to find what I need. That's a huge help when I need to grab something mid-flight. No more rooting around in the overhead bin! The glasses pocket works well, and I recommend using a soft pouch to store your glasses in there. Most hard cases will fit just fine, but since the bag itself already provides a good deal of protection, I use soft pouches and put both my regular and prescription sunglasses in there at the same time. As for the USB port ... this is just personal preference, but I find them to be a waste of money. I never use them. That said, this bag's implementation is better than most, because the cable goes all the way to the innermost pocket. That means your power bank can remain safely tucked away where it's less likely to get damaged or crushed. Comfort-wise, the bag is outstanding. I have no problem toting this around on a full day of travel. Unlike a lot of "cheap" backpacks, the straps are full width. That spreads the weight out over a larger area and reduces fatigue. The padding is nice, not obnoxious. The top handle and rear bag strap are icing on the cake. TL/DR, you'll have a hard time beating this as a travel or office bag. ... show more

This backpack is quality workmanship. It has plenty of room for all the stuff I haul around. I like the charging port and the battery holder fits my storage battery nicely.
