This is my fourth one of these, as I've moved from the easy one, to this one. The thing that's really nice about it is that there are two settings. If you clip it in the widest setting, it's somewhat easier than the inner setting that makes things noticeably harder. You can do a variety of exercises with it, from crunching in the middle of your pectorals, to shifting it above your head and really getting your shoulder and upper back, and then twisting it to work out your biceps using it vertically. The only down side is that if you're going fast, the foam grips heat up, and after a while, the rubber spring covers start to crack. It doesn't really affect things much so I'm not going to knock it a star, but it's worth noting if the look of your equipment is important. Overall, going from the lighter effort versions to this one have increased my chest strength a lot, adding a few extra crunches per day, to the extent that once I'd been doing it for a while, I was able to do pushups for the first time in a very long time.

When I saw the item online, it showed it in red. But when I got it, it was not in red, it was orange. And when I tried to put it together, the buttons that click into the hole kept sticking and was making it stuck to readjust.
