This is the best couple of bucks you could ever spend and get such a good workout. I only took off one start because after a while they started to unscrew and come loose but it's an easy fix it's not a big deal period I would definitely suggest this to any of my friends it's adjustable it's comfortable to use

As someone else stated, it is uncomfortable. But I stretched two pairs of socks over the two ends which were hurting my thighs, keeping the bulk where I needed it, and it solved my problem. Hope this helps others with the same issues. (But the padding should have been solved by the manufacturer.)

Very hard to use if you are a heavier person. Does not lay comfortably on your skin. Digs Into your skin and brought tears to my eyes and painful as I tried to get 3 squeezes out of it. It has a very thin layer of rubber on it but was not cushioning as I thought. The band that came with it was the best part. I could use that for stretches.
