Let me start off by saying I bought this product because I'm a huge fan of LifeProFitness. I've been using their products for years now (mainly their massage/percussion guns), and I've never had an issue with any of the products that I've purchased from them, (even though they all have lifetime warranties if anything did happen). Ive literally used one of their massage guns nearly daily for the past 6+ years and it still runs exactly the same as the day I bought it, so I wanted to see what else they have been selling lately and came across this product, which looked interesting. Let me say, if you're limited on time or space, this little guy can give you a really solid arm, chest, and shoulder workout in a short amount of time! It's lower levels are great for doing sets with higher reps, but still heavy enough that they give you a solid contraction and burn. It has 20 levels of resistance and let me say that 20 is more than enough for ANYONE to try. I formerly trained for powerlifting, and now am a competitive armwrestler, and there's no need for me to go above 12 or 14 for a great workout. I have been using this a complimentary piece of equipment in addition to my normal routine, for active recovery and as a finisher to some workouts and I've been very happy with it so far.     • Great addition to our little home gym
We got this to help flesh out our home gym we've been working on. We don't have a lot of space to work with so this compact-ish design was perfect for our needs. It's also great to keep out near our desks while we're working so get a quick little exercise in. It's a well-built, quality equipment piece. In the metal aspects it doesn't feel cheap at all. Since it has so many different settings, both my partner and I can use it to our specific needs. My cons: The counter is unreliable and the battery seems to be draining pretty quick. The tension adjuster is kind of hard to change and takes time and effort to shift between numbers. The clip that keeps the two arms "locked" is not super stable and can come loose if you don't set this down correctly (I nearly shot a coffee mug across the kitchen when I too-roughly placed this on my counter). I still really recommend this product and I'm very excited about being able to add this to my home gym! ... show more

I give this Arm Twister 5 stars because it is a solid piece of workout equipment. It a very good workout for men and women...it's portable and small enough to carry in your suitcase so you can still work your shoulders, back, chest and arms while you are away. After using it for only a week I can already feel and see the difference in my arms. I like that you change the tension up to give you more of a challenge. I own 5 products from Lifepro and the quality of their products is amazing. With Life time warranty you cannot go wrong adding this to your workout routine.     • Great Product, But Inward Resistance Only

I've only had this for a few days and I'm loving it, I can tell I can get a lot of use out of the arm & chest twister. I just want to warn people that the resistance is only inward. That means that you get a workout when you push the handles together, but there is no resistance pulling the handles apart. I feel the need to emphasize this because this item is advertised as a "Chest Expander" and chest expanders give resistance as you pull the bands apart, this gives a different kind of workout. I'm still thrilled with this item. I have it at setting 6/20 and it's giving me a good amount of resistance, I wont go any higher yet because it might strain my shoulders. It will be a good while before I can work myself up to the higher settings. It's also a SOLID piece of equipment. There's some plastic in the handles and the hydraulic system, but for the most part this thing is made of metal, you could use it for home defense to bludgeon an attacker if you really needed. The main reason I chose this over a chest expander is that a lot of the reviews for those things say they're made of cheap material and break easily, this thing will break me before I break it. ... show more
