Great to have at the office for an impromptu workout. If I get 5 or 10 minutes of peace, I can break this out of my desk drawer and fire off some chest exercises in minutes. Doesn't take up a lot of room, has great resistance levels, and seems really well-made, IMO. The counter on the front is handy, but honestly, I count reps as I do them anyway. I think this is a great piece of equipment to get a quick workout without breaking the bank. Better than that $2,500 treadmill in the basement with clothes hanging on it. Bought this for a Christmas gift foe my uncle who has down syndrome and competes in special Olympics. The tension is good, there are 20 levels and he was able to start on level 4, you can invert to work different sets of arm muscles. This one comes with a counter thst you can reset which is an extra bonus. Sturdy and appears to be well made. We had a contest at Christmas to see how high we could go. Ages ranged from 83 to 19, most could make it to 10 with only one 20-yr old able to make it to 20. The only concern is it comes with a plastic hook to hold the arms together when not in use; however, a slight touch or grabbing it in the wrong place sends the hook sailing and the arms fly back open with a quick force. Excellent Quality & it Actually Works!!! The quality of this product from THIS SELLER is Excellent! I don't really care whether or not the rep counter works and I just time myself or count on my own. So for people who said theirs didn't work well, it may or may not I think depending upon whether or not you let the arms go all the way out before pushing it together again. Don't think it counts "partial" reps LOL But I have health issues and am VERY weak : ( so started using this doing ONLY 10 reps per day at its' lowest setting. within 2 weeks I could actually FEEL the difference at that low of a rep set. AND it goes up to SUPER HEAVY Resistance if you need/want that. So flexible as you increase your strength! It WILL help to start toning your arms as well. So if you are looking for TONING then keep it on the lower setting and just increase your reps and your sets. Don't be discouraged if you can't do much to start. Just add 2 or 3 reps every 3 days and before you know it you will be doing as many as needed and SEE and FEEL the difference. BONUS>>>>> you can do this while Watching TV or on a Phone Call. Let me start off by saying I bought this product because I'm a huge fan of LifeProFitness. I've been using their products for years now (mainly their massage/percussion guns), and I've never had an issue with any of the products that I've purchased from them, (even though they all have lifetime warranties if anything did happen). Ive literally used one of their massage guns nearly daily for the past 6+ years and it still runs exactly the same as the day I bought it, so I wanted to see what else they have been selling lately and came across this product, which looked interesting. Let me say, if you're limited on time or space, this little guy can give you a really solid arm, chest, and shoulder workout in a short amount of time! It's lower levels are great for doing sets with higher reps, but still heavy enough that they give you a solid contraction and burn. It has 20 levels of resistance and let me say that 20 is more than enough for ANYONE to try. I formerly trained for powerlifting, and now am a competitive armwrestler, and there's no need for me to go above 12 or 14 for a great workout. I have been using this a complimentary piece of equipment in addition to my normal routine, for active recovery and as a finisher to some workouts and I've been very happy with it so far.
