A really solid piece of home workout equipment. Durable and highly effective for what you'd expect to be honest. I have noticed in increasing the tension that my muscles are tighter and I am getting stronger. Obvs with something like this there will be a limit to the output vs input but until you get to that point, this is a solid tool for entry level workouts.
