Small, lightweight, and portable. It can easily be stored in nooks given its thin profile and light weight, and can come apart if needed though I wouldn't imagine most people doing that. It has a few different positions it can be used in. It's less versatile that I thought, but still decently versatile. Not for someone building up from no muscle. It's hard to pinpoint a starting point but you definitely do not need to be a gym rat to start.

Picked this up to mix things up in my home workout routine, and it’s definitely not just for show. The adjustable tension from 40 to 100 lbs makes it easy to level up as you build strength. I started light and have already worked up to the mid range.... arms, chest, even my core feels it. The detachable design makes it easy to toss in a gym bag or drawer when not in use, and the grip is solid... no slipping, even when I’m sweating. Feels sturdy and well-made, not like a toy or something that’ll snap after a few uses. If you want a portable strength trainer that actually challenges you, this thing delivers. This is for someone that has pretty good .muscles to begin with. Provides several different exercises for my husband. He loves it says it so simple to go through the exercises and he feels it the next day. So a tough spring is in it. The padded grips help his hands not slip off.

I just don't have the time to get to the gym like I would like to. This arm trainer does more than just arms, it's practically a full upper body workout! There are so many options to how you can use this. It can work multiple parts of your arms, your chest and back, too. It comes with different workout ideas and how to use it. After one day, I was soooo sore the next day and can definitely see the long term benefits. Plus, having something that can work out your upper body all in the comfort of your home is a win win!
