I came across an ad for this and considered it one hell of a novelty item so I went for it. And when I got it, it was no joke. Honestly, it still is considerably challenging although easier initially I thought it was gonna break, but in reality, I broke first this will give you that upper body workout. Some exercise exercises are a bit awkward, and it all depends on arm length, etc. put overall I’m not disappointed and still use this regularly usually post gym overall if you’re up for the challenge and you appreciate value for the money go for it your arms and chest will in time thank you

I was kind of excited for this product but it’s actually very hard to use for somone like me that doesn’t really work out. I’ve been trying it for about a month and it’s still very hard and I don’t think it really does its job. I don’t feel no type of pain after I’m finished with it
