I’m really impressed with how versatile it is. The 360° hand-crank design gives my forearms a solid burn, and I can feel it working my shoulders and chest as well. Very happy with this item! I purchased this as I have been suffering with shoulder impingement/bursitis, in BOTH shoulders. It hurts really bad and wakes me up every night. I have watched about 100 videos on YouTube of how to fix it through PT, stretches, and exercises. One of the videos featured this device, and it caught my eye, as something I could start out slowly with. After about a week, I have noticed quite a bit of improvement. It is fairly simple to use. The key is to keep it moving as you go through your range of motion. For me some was easy, but some hurt badly. After a few days the painful areas became more bearable. Also it is important to rotate both directions. I have found if I use it before bed, it helps a bunch. The device seems to be built well. In fact it's kind of cool. Something reminds me of the old click-clack toys, that got banned in the 70's. These feel very safe. It doesn't feel like it could slip out of your hand. The only danger I see is going above your head, look out for low hanging lights or fans. There is one area that has a round rubber pad on the handle, I have yet to figure out what that is for, maybe just to set the ball on when not in use? I like that this is small, and doesn't take up much room. Overall, I think this is a great buy. Rehab for me, but I saw other reviews with body builders using them. I have tried so many products from Amazon for my shoulders. Heating pads, red lights, ice packs, massagers, neck traction, bands, straps, seems like a never ending list. I really think it takes a combination of everything, though I feel this sill get used more than the others, just because it is easy, fast, and actually fun.

I can’t wait to try this new exercise machine after I ordered it. I was not disappointed at all, I tried it right away after it was delivered. It was all setup no need for installation, also, it was very easy to figure it out how to use it. The quality of this machine is really nice. It works well and with nice smooth spinning . Also, it looks very cool. I have no doubt about the benefits of this machine because I can feel my whole is working when I spinning it. Most of all, it is really fun to use it. Actually everyone in my family loves it. It is a great exercise machine with fun and has an amazing value.
