I can’t wait to try this new exercise machine after I ordered it. I was not disappointed at all, I tried it right away after it was delivered. It was all setup no need for installation, also, it was very easy to figure it out how to use it. The quality of this machine is really nice. It works well and with nice smooth spinning . Also, it looks very cool. I have no doubt about the benefits of this machine because I can feel my whole is working when I spinning it. Most of all, it is really fun to use it. Actually everyone in my family loves it. It is a great exercise machine with fun and has an amazing value.

My friend recommended this because I recently had an arm injury and trying to build strength slowly. This trainer helps targets forearms, wrists, and shoulders by doing a rotation movement. It only comes with one so you'd need to buy two if you want to work both arms at the same time. This will also help tone your arms. There's no resistance adjustment you just have to grab on it and start spinning. I was a little skeptical because I wasn't sure how it'd work and took me a few tries but once you get the hang of it, it's actually pretty easy. I wish it'd vibrate on its own though. I'll continue to use this for a month and report back but it's portable and you can bring it anywhere with you.

As someone who is well into their senior years but has been into all kinds of fitness and warrior arts (Military fitness programs, Judo, Karate, weight training, and all kinds of different other programs) for more than 7 decades I am always seeking new and unique exercise tools to enhance my workouts. This is why while browsing on Amazon Vine when I came across this new unique type of exercise tool (TINRIKEF Wrist Ball, arm, shoulders, wrists and forearm exercise tool for men and women 360-degree rotation, home workout device and gym workouts) I decided to send for it. I immediately began using it when it arrived and as someone who has used just about every type of exercise device on the market over the years, I have to say this is one of the most unusual and unique type of exercise tools I have ever used. This “Wrist Ball” device works on the principle of a weighted ball attached to the handle where the ball rotates around the hand held device, working your shoulders, arms and forearms. The brief owner’s manual show five different kinds of exercises you can do with this device. I found that this exercise tool works the muscles in a unique and interesting way because of its design. This is important to know about this exercise tool. 1. The ball is solid and weighted so you MUST be careful when using it so that the rotating ball does not hit anyone or anything as you do the exercises. 2. In this respect I would not recommend this exercise tool for children. 3. In my opinion, this is an advanced type of exercise device because of the way it was designed to be used. In conclusion, I found this exercise tool fun to use and works your muscles in a unique way. If you have ever used a cordless jump rope this “Wrist Ball” device works on a similar principle. If you like using various exercise tools in your workout programs you may want to check out this “Wrist Ball” device. Rating: 4 Stars. Joseph J. The TINRIEF arm workout is extremely good at strength build up! It’s very easy to use and doesn’t take much effort to begin but once you get going for a while you’ll feel the workout. It’s definitely helped build strength in the hands and arms without having to travel to the gym and lift weights. The contraption works very smoothly with the ball swinging continuously without jerking. Although it may not be as effective as actually doing a full body work out at a gym, it will get the job done as long as you stick to it and pace yourself correctly. Overall if you don’t like the gym but wanna get some workout at home TINRIEF arm workout will definitely help you out!
