We like the variety of equipment in the contents of the bag. The only issue we have is with the finger exercise bands. They’re really too small to get your fingers in, even for my wife’s small fingers. The other equipment is really good and well made.

My physical therapist approved this set for my home therapy. I tore a ligament in my elbow which took almost a year of treatments, and this set contains a lot of the hand tools that I used with the physical therapist. When I bought this set and took it to my therapist to make sure I could use it in my home recovery, he was pleasantly surprised at the quality and all of the tools included in the kit. Definitely worth it and it was like the experience with working with my therapist but the convenience of being home.

I was initially looking for the “finger bands” but decided to buy this package. It is a complete hand exercise assortment. As a guitarist up in age it bothered me to see the atrophy in my hand muscles. I started using rubber bands but that is difficult to control. I loved this assortment with the finger press plus the 3 levels of bands. The gripper is really adjustable from fairly easy to VERY difficult. I am moving up and it all really works. I recommend this kit.

I purchased this product to use while I am on the road to combat the negative effects of typing on my laptop and using a mouse. I have similar sets at home that I use. The quality is what you would expect from a less expensive product. It is not bad just not high quality. The grip strength trainer and the grip & finger strength trainer are the better quality made devices in the set. The other items seem to be just "give aways" to enhance the product value. The finger stretchers are quite small and will be a difficult fit for most men's fingers. They were for mine. And, the finger stretchers also have no weight or tension rating. The stress ball is also smaller and less firm from similar items that I have purchased previously. I would probably not use. If you are looking for an inexpensive set that you plan to replace in the future or use for a limited time, then this set will most likely serve your needs.
