Product is sturdy, and well manufactured, I like the fact the springs are covered to avoid pinching, clothing getting caught, or god forbid if the spring ever snaps. The only criticism I have so far is the padding on the U shaped handles is somewhat thin and it can be painful on your forearms. Looking forward to building up my chest muscles with this but might have to buy thicker padding or cover with a towel or similar to avoid pain / bruising of fore-arms. It is definitely worth the cost and was easy to put together.

It arrived in perfect condition. I am a certified ISSA personal fitness trainer who has used many fitness items in the past. This one is very well made. The only thing that I found challenging was the tightness of the buttons that change the poundage. I moved right up to the 90 pounds slot for the exercises I did on the first attempt. I'm hoping that this company have a way of going beyond the 120 pounds slot.
