This thing is actually amazing for more than just building muscle through strength training. It’s helped repair the muscle and strengthen my rotator cuff that I’ve had issues with for the past two years. I’ve worked my way up to the 90 pound setting. Nothing like watching TV and doing a few reps every now and then. I leave it around the house so that way I pick it up when I pass it and use it, then set it back down. I’ve seen a change in my arm, strength and healing big time. It’s a great value to work out your arms chest while basically doing nothing but watching TV if you don’t feel like doing a full workout that day. I’ve used it laying down on my back. I’ve used it standing up walking around. I love this thing!!

This thing really works . I can feel difference in my arms and it’s defining my shoulders. Just pay attention to the middle bar that when u install , u are inserting the same weighted tension bars. Price is definitely worth it.
