I like the exerciser itself - but it comes with VERY FEW actual instructions for how to use it! The exercise guide shown is, in reality, nothing but a very minimally detailed card that has no details for number of reps or routines - and only a few basic exercises shown. The illustrations are so poorly printed that it's impossible to even see which muscles are trained with the exercises. They need to put together an actual pamphlet - and a video or two. They send a sweet note thanking the customer - not necessary - back up your nice product with some real thought as to helping your customers USE it!!
