The pads immediately detach with body movement, and the wires become tangled, making it impossible to combine with real exercise.

The trainer works well and is very powerful and durable. I find it soothing to use, I just use it while laying in bed and sometimes it puts me to sleep. You do have to get used to it if you increase the intensity but it’s a good pain. I’ve used it many times and the first pads still are sticking (I put it back on the plastic sheet when not using). I feel like it’s a good lymphatic message for the areas I can’t easily reach myself. It works and I def get sore like I’ve done a ton of squats. I’ve noticed a little difference in firmness, so far so good. You have to stick to it.

Yeah, I’m not too happy with product. I feel it just made my butt more jiggly. I started getting more results with hard core glute exercises. However, the product itself is easy to use once you know the settings. I also, had trouble with one side of it not sticking. The one side that was not sticking wasn’t giving me the intensity pressure that i needed. Only one side was stronger than the other. The product is ok. Maybe it’s just me. You decide. This is just my opinion.

(Wife’s review) I bought this one and was discouraged the first time I used it because I followed the directions and started on the lower setting to get used to it. It didn’t give the effect I wanted but they other levels were definitely too intense. On I did eventually work my way up to it though after about a week and I’ve been using it daily since I purchased in May 2025. I purchased the actual name brand too (Zorvera) and this off brand works way better IMO. I had no glute activation using the Zorvera on the highest setting and intensity. This zopie one has been very effective for glute growth. Pants fit better. Glutes are much firmer, stronger, lifted and larger. Rating this a 4 star because: The pads don’t last long and I’ve needed to replace those a few times in the two months I’ve had it. The battery on the pads needs to be charged after every use. The battery in the remote is still good though. Also giving it a 4 star because after the two months I feel like I’ve outgrown it’s maximum and wish there were more modes for strengthening. Also, the top pad which just adheres to your skin to keep it in place never stays. It folds down and is basically useless.
