I have an adjustable grip trainer that maxes out at 132 lbs, the 150 feels like it is definitely heavier than that so that's my only frame of reference for the weighted accuracy. My package came busted so all the parts were floating around in the bag it shipped. The grips were unharmed and that's all I cared about. Were this a gift, I'd be upset. 50 is easy, 100 feels like a suitable workout, 150 is difficult but doable, 200 and up are downright impossible for me. This makes sense as on my grip tester I max out at 170lbs. Looks like I have work to do! PRO TIP. If you want to get the foam inserts on easily, put a tiny dab of dish soap on your finger and wet it, then work your finger inside the tube, it will slide right onto the grips. Once it dries its on. You're welcome!

My first impression upon receiving it was that the material is quite light and has a noticeable plastic feel, lacking the sturdiness and durability I had imagined. The grip isn't slip-resistant enough; it easily slips when slightly sweaty, affecting training effectiveness. Overall, the workmanship and details are average, the edges aren't finely finished, and it's not very comfortable to hold for extended periods.

I use the weakest one (the white one) so far I had no problems with it the other ones were too hard for me so I ended up putting them away so I only use the white one I did had trouble putting them black things on it but I got it in (without it it'll bother my hands)

Progression is made pretty simple with these variable strengths, and I like the presentation as well. The Plush grips are a little hard to slide on, but overall a great product.

These are great once you get the grips on! I ended up splitting them and then taping them around the metal grip. They are very sturdy, and the resistance being written on the bottom is great for strength tracking progress.
