This is the absolute best forearm roller I have ever used . ITs silky smooth to use and the thick bar really aids in activating those muscle fibers to the maximum. I like the grip, which seems to be exactly the right size for my hands (I take a size large glove). Just started using it, but I can tell this is going to really build up my forearms. I also purchased a 1 inch loading pin for the weight plates. The chain isn't the best if you're using dumbbell / barbell plates. ... show more

Fat grip made using it suck in all the right ways. Can confirm that it can handle a 100lb plate bouncing up and down just because we told a guy he couldn't do it(he did). Plenty of chain added if not a bit to much. Most people won't be able to do a 35lb plate let alone a 100. Recommend standing on a platform while using this mostly because it's a forearm exercise not a shoulder, let your arms down and learn how much abuse you can endure. ... show more

I think it's a good item- I'm sure one can come up with gym alternatives that are free, but this is a nice item to help improve- grip- forearm strength at home or in office several reps at a time. I would buy again.
