This is a very straight forward product. It works as intended. The rope is long enough that it would work for a very tall person which I am not. The handles are hard, but that is not a complaint. Well made with a steel core that is quite strong and thick, the nylon rope will be nearly indestructible. A pretty simple tool that focuses solely on the forearms. The only negative is that the length of the rope is not adjustable, so it's ok for a 6'4" user, and has too much rope for a 5'8" user like me. Believe it or not, this thing actually works really well. I'm using specifically for chest, I'm in tree business and while I'm getting exercise and stengh it's all legs, back shoulders and arms but very little chest workout, so I was looking for something simple yet effective and I'm pleasantly surprised how efficient this is for getting a very specific muscle burning after 5 mins. Received this machine today and tried it out. It is exactly what it says it is, and exactly what I was hoping for. It comes completely assembled, and very easy to use and understand. I only wish it came with a comprehensive list of exercises that can be done with this machine. However, with a quick search, I found many workouts that can be done with a machine like this. I am getting older and starting to lose weight due to muscle loss. This machine will remedy that, no doubt. Disappointed! Setting the resistance is almost impossible. I found a setting and just stick to it. I have the spring units too and between the 3, I get a great arm and leg workout. It IS BETTER THAN Doing Nothing
