Ordered this with my 83 year old mom in mind. She's always cold in our mountain home! She's also British and I think hot water bottles are pretty common from that time and place. This is a great hour water bottle! Good thickness. Great pour spout that is easy to put water from the kettle into because it's wide and has enough stiffness to make pouring easy. No leaks. It works well and keeps the water nice and hot for a looooonnnnggg time, I used it for at least 3hrs then my son did for about a half hour and he said it was still hot. Good price as well as quality with no leaks so far.

I got this for my husband for Valentines Day as he’s become a fan of hot water bottles after trying mine, and this one was cute with its heart “sweater.” It’s durable so far and stays warm well. As others have mentioned, the initial off-gas smell is pretty strong. My husband mainly uses it to warm his side of the bedding on chilly evenings before climbing in, so it wasn’t as noticeable as if he had it up next to him rather than under the sheets. The smell has really subsided, but I imagine it may still off gas, just less noticeably, for awhile, so just something to be aware of. Otherwise very happy with this purchase. ... show more

Very good hot water bottle. The body of the bottle is natural rubber, the stopper is a hard plastic and the exterior case feels like an acrylic type fabric. For the price at $9.97, it’s a great price. It’s sold from an American company and the product is quite nice. The bottle feels very thick and durable. I’ve used it for menstruation and it has helped immensely! I’ve never tried a hot water bottle but I’m glad I decided to get it. It has not leaked and works great. If under the covers, it holds heat better, six to seven hours. If not under any covers, it will last a lot less, perhaps like 3 hours. I use hot boiling water sometimes but that’s too hot for me, even used on my clothes and with the cover. I prefer water that has sat for about 10 minutes at least after boiling. Rubber can withstand heat up to 500+ degrees Fahrenheit. So just a heads up. I recommend this item for sure. Happy with my purchase. ... show more

I was worried about hot water leaking out of these but no issues at all. The sweater sleeve is cute and if you do very hot just boiled water it does stay hot in there for a while. There really are no heating pads without high EMFS.... I've looked so much. This is a safer option. I especially appreciated that it was natural rubber derived and not plastic. ... show more
