This is a super quiet, lightweight unit. It is big enough for our 19 lb ragdoll to comfortably move around. There are no smells or litter dust in the air. The magnetic attachments work great for quick change of the discards. It it easy to move around when company arrives and needs to use our extra room. It is an improvement over the Liter Robot for a much better price tag. It took our cat about 3-5 days to become comfortable with it. The instructions are a little sparse but it is intuitive enough to get things set up. The app is solid. Because the opening is so large we do get a bit more litter on the floor but given the alternatives, I am still happy with our decision to purchase this unit.

Best decision ever! Very easy to setup. Retains clean litter thus saves cost overtime. It came with litter liner bags that is perfect in size. However, when we ran out, we can’t seem to find the same size. Can someone please share what litter liner bag brand/size to match with?

It's very convenient and works great. Do not submerge base in water just wipe down with wipes and can wash out barrel. I use regular cat litter which doesn't seem the best so that's the only down side. It fits very nicely in my apartment and my two cats took to it very quickly. It is not noisy at all.

I had an automatic litter box years ago that just never worked and always broke down so I gave up on using one due to their price and lack of reliability. However, I recently decided to take a gamble on this one due to its affordability and appearance (very cool retro). This litter box completely exceeded my expectations. It’s so easy to set up, very quiet, works flawlessly and also extremely easy to clean. I only have to empty the bin every 5 days and the app works very well and is extremely convenient. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this unit and couldn’t recommend it more - worth every penny !!

The media could not be loaded. I'm seriously impressed by this automatic litter box! First of all, it’s amazing that you can completely take it apart and wash it with a high-pressure water jet just like I showed in the video—super easy to clean and it gets really clean. This is actually my second litter box from this brand, and it works so well. The sensor that detects when a cat uses it is super accurate. I have five cats, and originally I had two automatic litter boxes and one regular one, but now with just three of these automatic ones, it's more than enough for all five of my cats. This product is honestly a game changer. Highly recommend it to any cat owner!

Works very well for two of my three cats. One of them didn’t like being enclosed and wouldn’t use it. My cats are between 9 and 10 pounds and have no problems. Except one of them kicks litter out of it when it has too much litter in it. Otherwise it is easy to clean and well made. Very simple to clean the catch pan. I would by it again.

Pleasantly surprised with this very roomy not so expensive automatic cat box. I own a Pet snowy which another Cat uses and a furoomate. The cat I bought this for is a very long cat. He can stand on his hind legs and turn door knobs without jumping. He's not fat but since he is so long he did not fit into the other boxes. He always tried to use the other boxes but would give up or his bottom would hang over side and the poop/pee would go everywhere but in the Box. He he actually goes in the HG turns around with his head sticking out of the opening which makes everything go in the right place - (maybe because of the way the HG is shaped). This cat is also 16 years old, is a bit arthritic and has some kidney issues so he urinates large quantities. The HG linked easily using 2.4 MHz Wi-Fi connection, the app looks pretty user friendly. I'm hoping it alerts me to low litter but that hasn't happened yet. If it does that this thing gets six stars.
