First thoughts are I like this. Works, was relatively simple to setup and get going. My cat sees litter and knows what to do despite being terrified of the Soyuz looking litter... box? Sphere! The app is basic which means it is great. Nothing too complex just straight to the point. It tracks use, time and weight, it will track when it cleans, and even has a little graph for you to compare between days, weeks and months. The app supports other bits of info like they plan to expand on their product line. This manufacturer already has a good dispenser and the app supports it, but as far as water and the other features the app is ahead of their product line. Straight forward application nothing special or out of this world which makes it feel comfortable and to the point. Not bloated. The litter "Soyuz" seems well thought out. I find it handles odors well. The bag shape is a little odd but their supplied ones work very well. The waste bin appears to be very capable, large and all. I haven't run this thing through and endurance test yet. Just started it now. Hoping I can get a week out of it at very least before I have to empty out the waste bin. Noise levels are surprisingly mininal. I mean I think I have lost my hearing low. I can hear the little motor running but it is very low. It moves slowly and makes frequent stops to ensure it doesnt just flip a mess all around. I also noticed while testing it that it will stop completely if you touch it while doing any motions. The system has stop commands if it detects something touching it. So I find it to be safe. The touch forces I used were minimal, slight brushing up on it, soft taps got it to stop. It gave me some level of comfort knowing my cat could easily set the safety features off and not worry about accidents. What was nice is after a prolonged freeze it would return to continue its task. No need for me to reset it. Ease of cleaning seems great though I just got it so I wont know exactly. I do know emptying the waste bin is easy. The bag ensures that. It uses magnets to grip and seal to the body of the "Soyuz". As for the other parts and how easy they are to clean. Haven't gotten there yet. It does feel sturdy though I must say it has several magnetically clipped parts that make it easy to remove and attend. As for the drum itself it has an easy latching mechanism that is very easy to use and secure the whole thing with. The design appears to be very well thought out. I can't complain. As for function, I have customized mine to clean 10 mins after cat uses it. That time is so the litter itself has time to dry and clump the mess. Does just that. Has other options too such as daily scheduled cleans instead of after use. Had an interesting thing happen where it seemed that cleaning happened too soon and one of the cat's messes stuck to the drum near the waste gap. See, this system is a sphere like system and so, the opening for the waste to exit is actually at the very top. It needs to rotate at least nearly 180° for the clumps to exit into the waste bin below. It seemed a clump decided to stick to the edge of the opening. It was nicely stuck there for what could have been a while because I didn't notice it until I was messing around with settings and told it to clean. When it had done the full turn I noticed the nicely stuck clump. A quick little tap and it slid right off into the waste bin. But it got me thinking, that the poor cat could be literally inches from a major spook event if it fell on them while using it. Maybe the one negative it has, it takes up a large area so plan accordingly. This is not some small box you can tuck somewhere and forget. This is big. I wanted big so I'm ok but I was surprised how large of a space it actually needs. So until I find any reason to change this review I gotta say it seems like this is a win.

The media could not be loaded. I love this thing. Never thought id get one because they're all so expensive, but this is very affordable. It was great, hooks up to wifi and weighs your cats as well, its a perfect size, just wish the lip was a little higher, but other than that the quality is great, was easy to assemble. And im happy that its a box that can be washed. Im so glad my cats took to it. A little startled at first by the sound but she went and maybe a minute or two later the box did its thing. Didnt smell anything either. its actual not too loud at all so it won't disturb anyone at night. I hope my cats love this as much as I do

Very quiet when in use. Was easy to assemble/dissemble. I wish my cat did not throw the litter into a pile outside the unit. I had to return it unused as a litter box, though my cat did stand in it and play. I recommend it, though. It was very quiet, the sensors worked well when I tested them, and I just wish my cat wasn't one of the few who rejects automatic litter boxes.

Literally best purchase I have ever made. I researched for MONTHS and decided on this majestic box. I went from 4 litter boxes, to this. I have 5 cats. It stays clean as long as you clean the inside at least weekly, no need to scoop, I havent scooped in months. I empty the bag every other day or when the app alerts me it's full. The app works amazing, I have had 0 issues. Its been around 4 months. The only thing is that I wish it had a bit more of a lip, to prevent some tracking. But that may just be due to how one of my cats exits. Overall 10/10 for me. Also it REALLY decreases smell. Incase you're looking for something that wont break the bank but is just as fancy, has an app that tracks each cat, is SAFE, and limits odor.. this is it!

UPDATE 1/25/2026: The waste bin is 13x9x6 inches which needs cleaning every 3 days or so fro my one large cat. Plus there is no alert for when it's time to clean the bin. If you don't clean the bin in time then the contents of the bin pile up and smear all over the inside of the barrel. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Pleasantly surprised with this very roomy not so expensive automatic cat box. I own a Pet snowy which another Cat uses and a furoomate. The cat I bought this for is a very long cat. He can stand on his hind legs and turn door knobs without jumping. He's not fat but since he is so long he did not fit into the other boxes. He always tried to use the other boxes but would give up or his bottom would hang over side and the poop/pee would go everywhere but in the Box. He he actually goes in the HG turns around with his head sticking out of the opening which makes everything go in the right place - (maybe because of the way the HG is shaped). This cat is also 16 years old, is a bit arthritic and has some kidney issues so he urinates large quantities. The HG linked easily using 2.4 MHz Wi-Fi connection, the app looks pretty user friendly. I'm hoping it alerts me to low litter but that hasn't happened yet. If it does that this thing gets six stars. UPDATE 11-14: My 16 yr old very large long backed tuxedo cat adaped immediately to this box and in fact prefers it to his old box. My only real complaint is that it doesnt let you know when its full. ( It said it would do that in the instructions.) My cat has CKD so urinates frequently and the wet waste dumps in the wastebin and forms a mountain while the other half of the waste bin is empty. Its only a problem since when the waste bin is "full" it no longer allows additional waste to be dumped but instead it gets caught between the base and the drum when the drum spins and the insides of the machine gets smeared with wet soaked litter or it just doesn't dump out at all. My next goal will be to search for a litter that clumps a little harder. Otherwise I can go several days without changing the bag for the wastebin and my cat gets to have a clean surface. I use Tidy Cats lightweight litter and it just doesn't clump well enough. The app works great other than not telling you when the waste bin is "full" (i.e., needs to be changed or leveled out) which causes a backup situation.
